2 ladies with attitude. BECAUSE, there is NO SIGNS, to say shipping or receiving.I went to Shipping first. No signs to say vest or shoes needed to check in. The first lady sent me away. Got my vest and safety shoes on. Then went back in. Then she wants a delivery #I go get that. Then she says I'm at the wrong end of the building. So I drive around to other end. Check in. That lady says nope, I have no delivery # from you. Not receiving your load. I call my office. He calls, she is very snarky with him, saying nope, not receiving your load. These ladies definitely need a lesson in people skills. Awful attitude. Even with the proper numbers and appointmentAll the other versa Cold places are 10 times nicer.

Very rude staff specially the lady in receiving office no clear direction no sign boards….nothing

This place is a Joke. I truly don’t know how customers use versacold in Hamilton. For example, today there is a truck in a door that has been here since 7am, it’s now 13:20 his product is still getting picked.... there are only three doors where I load my stuff and you can’t back in if there’s a truck in any door. It’s extremly thigh. There are three other trucks, including myself waiting for these doors become available... Avoid at all cost.

Very nice staff & dock guys i have apointment friday but i was late till monday the accpet the load rightway friendly staff & dock supervisor he say its understandable i know truckers life

Only deal with appointments but should work on their shipping/receiving staff. everytime they guys are really rude for no reason. Disappointed many times here.

Day shift is a little quicker than night but I guess that's understandable. Public washroom. Staff always very friendly.Time frame depends on your load

Came here at 10 and wait for six hours . Garbage system never pick up load from here. Please set your reefer at -10 before come to this place

This facility had 3 set of docksYou should have your appointment number ready to know which side are you goingDocks on QEW side are bit tight and if their are trailers on adjoining docks then it's quite a tough job and if the trucks are hooked to them then .....Can park overnight on dock 7 on the entry sideNo washroom available during night 10pm to 6 amHave got the dock for loading and told to waitNothing for an hour now
