Good location near Mt. Tremblant. Had to stop by for cold medicine in the area. Not a big location, but the selection is good. Parking here is a bit small.

The worst pharmacy to get a prescription! I waited and hour after giving the prescription before I got my sons medication. Extremely slow and unorganized

I visited this Jean Coutu after a weekend of skiing and was very impressed with my experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was afraid they will not be speaking English. The pharmacist who assisted me was knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided thoughtful recommendations.The pharmacy was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide selection of products and medications. The staff was professional, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed.Overall, I had a great experience at this pharmacy and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of professional and compassionate healthcare. I appreciated the personal attention and care that was taken to ensure that I had everything I needed to feel better. I look forward to returning in the future and receiving the same level of exceptional service.

Good service

Always a ridiculous wait time to get a prescription regardless of what it is. I went for vitamin D for my newborn and I was the only person there but I left after 40 minutes without the vitamin D. There’s 5-6 staff members behind the counter, I’m not sure what they’re doing but it shouldn’t take that long for a simple order. How many pharmacist do you need to prepare 1 order? That’s the question. I will be going to Uniprix moving forward.

Always long wait on phone to order because I have to call to order this. Their phone usually cut communication after a 15 minute wait. They blame it on covid but has been like this for 4 years hasn't change. Dont always call to let me know if my products are in either.

Pharmacy is very busy. Often long wait times for refills. Staff are hit and miss, some really helpful, others not too friendly, no eye contact, no smiles.

Great and thoughtful pharmacist and technicians. I needed an emergency prescription filled out for my 2 year old daughter while on vacation in Mont Tremblant. Even though I was from another province and my doctor's prescription was digital via a tele-consultation, the staff at this pharmacy stayed late to ensure that the prescription was accepted and filled out. I am grateful for them. Thank you.
