Devon is an absolute champion. Very knowledgeable and patient with first time EV users. Goes out of his way to do what he can. We rented his model x and it was a smooth experience for sure.

Devon is AMAZING. He walked us around the vehicle and showed us everything we needed to know, from A to Z and more. He gave us little tidbits on how to charge effectively, how to make the charge have longevity in our journey and he shared all the little tidbits on the vehicle that made our journey so much more enjoyable. I am absolutely delighted with him and Award Evolution. Watch out - OVER priced Agencies, there is a new kid in town and you should be shaking. Nothing will compare. Thank you Devon! We found Award Evolution on Turo, it was our first time using Turo and Award Evolution exceeded our expectations.Highly recommend using their services if you are in Edmonton, they are very easy to deal with. We rented their Hyundai Ionique 5 for nine days and loved the vehicle.There was lots of communication with AE, instructions were clear, they sent a quick reference video on how to use the vehicle. The whole process was contactless.I had to make some slight modifications for pick-up time due to flight delays and they were very accommodating. Once I got to the vehicle, it was super clean, very nice vehicle to drive.We will definitely use Award Evolution again when we are in Edmonton.

I've rented a Model 3 twice now and the car was great both times. Devon is extremely responsive and will cater to your personal needs. The pricing is very fair for what you get out of the vehicles. The only problem is that you're gonna want to buy whatever you drive because Tesla's are great. I'll be recommending AE to friends and family.

It was a perfect trip for me,there are just too many positive things to share for Devon and his mode x.It is not my first time to drive an ev, but I didn't expect an third row SUV can be handled this well, and how good is the super chargeexperience is. It was a pleasure to talk with Devon, I can talk with him about the evs for all day long! He is very friendly and easy to deal with, I am already planning for my next trip. Wonderful EV rentals in the city. Lots of options available at a good price. Knowledgeable staff, gave me information about their current fleet, and EVSE infrastructure for my travels. 10/10 would recommend.
