The pharmacists are excellent except the pharmacy technicians are very rude. When a prescription is sent in I wait 24 hours to call and it is still not even entered into the system and when I asked to hold while they do so that I can budget for the pills that I so desperately need unfortunately while I'm in crisis I was told that it doesn't work that way and I would have to wait a couple of hours. Personally I find them inconsiderate and unfortunately this is the pharmacy that is closest to my home and that I can walk to. I am practicing extreme self-control and breathing while I wait for them to help me with a prescription that was sent in 24 hours ago.

Do not recommend the pharmacy, the staff are difficult to deal with. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service.

What a mess! Watch your money! tried to return some items (with in my 30 days). System doesn’t accept, so customer assistance tell me she is going to return as if I don’t have receipt (didn’t even know that was option) does a return. Get home look at my online banking and it’s a purchase not a return. Really! I’m going to have to go back and struggle with this one.

I went there this evening at 8:54pm and the front door was locked. I wanted to get some Tylenol for my sick child who had a high fever of 39.5. i was so disappointed. And that is not okay.

How is it possible that 2 weeks have gone by and there’s still a “power outage” at Pharmaprix but all the lights are on?? Don’t they know we need our meds, postal services, basic needs items? What the heck?! I think I will switch to Jean Coutu Kirkland where the availability is waaaaaay better!!

The pharmacist technicians at this pharmacy are exceptionally rude. They will always do the bare minimum and look like they hate their jobs. Very impolite on a regular basis (especially Caroline). When you call in advance to prepare a prescription so that the THEY are less swamped they are horrible and rude on the phone to you...The pharmacists are great though...but the technicians make you want to go elsewhere....
