Harris Appliance & Furniture

We are in the final stages of finishing our rebuild and wanted to look for something a little nicer then the usual catalog you get from the stores in town. We went to check out Harris Furniture and they have top shelf stuff.Usually for appliance brands and furniture you would have to go to a bigger city. Happy they have set up shop here in town. We came in and our sales associate was Matt, he knew all the comparable information on the appliances really helping us make the decisions.Id recommend these guys in a heart beat. Fort Mac locals that have a furniture background. If you want nice stuff for your house check these guys out first!Oh, the customer service is on point - They called us after hours to make sure we were happy with our delivery and to make sure things went smoothly.

Zach & Justin installed our new dishwasher today & they did an amazing job. Friendly, professional & very knowledgeable! The sales staff were also lovely to deal with. Highly recommend!

Bought a new washer from them 4 months ago. Had no issues selling a single unit at that time. Was told by the sale associate that whenever I needed the matching dryer to come in and pick it up. Told that they don’t sell single units that are floor models and expected me to wait until end of March for unit. I’m all about supporting local however I believed this was terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great group of people to deal with. Friendly, informative.We needed a stove that day, walked in when they opened and talked to them, went over all the inventory on hand that fit what we needed. I was loaded and gone within half an hour. Fair prices, great service.

Stopped in to check out the sleep section and ended up with a new mattress and a couple of fantastic new pillows. Daniel took the time to find out exactly what we needed and didn’t try to push anything on us. A great experience and we will definitely be back!

My wife and I have just made a major purchase from Harris. The experience, from sales , delivery and set up , to management has been exceptional. Our order arrived within the stated delivery schedule, however the manufacturer had a miscue. Gary and his team corrected the problem promptly . The attention and care their delivery team exercise is exceptional. I would attribute this to being in house and not a 3rd party service. If anyone is in the market for appliances or furniture, you owe yourself the time to check Harris’s out. 5Stars Gary and team. You have our Buisness. Holden

If I could give zero stars I would, I bought a washing machine which ended up leaking when the certified plumber hooked it up and done a test to make sure it was working properly. when I called the store I was told I had to go through warranty with a brand-new washing machine which never even had the plastic off of it. It started leaking when the plumber who installed the machine ran a test, how should a machine that is not 1 week old yet have to go through warranty (at the time it was days old). As it goes for customer service I've had better service at McDonald's or Walmart. Take your money anywhere else in town!
