Lakeside Terrace Site Office
Large strata. Nice gym with a view, indoor lap pool suitable for children at specific times with owner adult supervision, 2 hottubs 2 dry saunas. Resort-like living in beautiful surroundings with lagoons and fountains next to Lafarge Lake. Ultra clean, well managed, and maintained with a healthy contingency. 5 minute walk to SkyTrain. Major gym equipment update pending 2018. Many other recent classy updates and ameneties

Amazing place to live. Strata has been wonderful to deal with. The community in this building is wonderful.
