Beautiful showroom and awesome selection. We bought all our fixtures for our new home here. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.EDIT. Dec 21/19. We are now in our home and I wanted to add that or light fixtures see truly SPECTACULAR. They add so much to the home. The electrician who installed them commented on several, saying he'd never seen such beautiful and quality fixtures. I wish I could add a few photos here. Thanks again for everything.

I would rate them higher if I could! Nice honest and very helpful people, thank you for accepting to exchange our dining room light which we bought months ago before we even started our home renovation from your store. After we finished our renos, we realized that the one we bought earlier is simply too big. The owner was very understanding and both him & his wife started to help us find what would be a better fit for our space. Very knowledgeable and truly want their customer to be happy. They have great selection and also helped us look through their suppliers catalog until we did settle on a great chandelier which will look beautiful! I know we will recommend you and refer all our family and friends to you for sure ! Thank you

Excellent service and response. We bought 3 light fixtures from here and we love it. Even the price is also good. They have so many new fixtures and decorative mirrors which gives your home phenomenal look. We are very thankful to Jimmy and his wife for excellent service.

Great staff and pretty showroom. UnfortunatelyI have to give three stars because they are over priced. I’m sure it depends on which item you buy, but the dining room light I did buy I saw later at two different retailers for much much less. Like hundreds less. It’s too bad because I did like the experience there.

Second update, dinning room fixture has been installed. Again, both Helen and Jimmy’s advice turned out to be spectacular! Thanks again to you both!Update the staircase and hallway chandeliers are installed and look incredible. We decided on matching wall scones. Thanks again to both Helen and Jimmy. A few more fixtures to be installed will update with pictures as they're installed.Thank you Helen and Jimmy, what a great team to help with our home renovations. They know their business and made suggestions that have worked out amazingly. We have just finished our powder room and it looks amazing. We purchased the light fixture and mirror, see picture. We can’t wait for the bulk of our other lighting fixtures to arrive. We wasted our time shopping around, they have an incredible selection and were competitively priced. Two thumbs up!!!

We came here after Concept lighting took our money and went bankrupt the next day. Great, friendly service from the staff and they even beat the prices we paid at concept lighting. We will be back for more fixtures when we finish the rest of our renovations!

My wife and I were searching for a chandelier to replace an old faded one in our front entrance, after looking at a few concept lighting stores we found ourselves in Paradise LightingAll we had was an idea about what style we wanted but with our particular lighting space, it was hard to visualizeThis showroom had so many selections we narrowed down three lights we liked compared to other stores where we couldn’t even find oneThe staff (sorry I don't know names I wish I could give them the acknowledgement they deserve) were incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable and answered all questions we had about the lightsOf the three we liked, after showing a picture of our entrance she immediately recommended one of them without hesitationThe pricing of this store, compared to others we looked at is very good, the light we chose (smaller size even) at a different Burlington store was about four times the price...After purchase the light came in quickly (less then a week) and the electrician the store put us in contact with was amazing, he lined up the installation very quickly, came in on the weekend and did a superb job, was very professional and meticulous (poor guy had to hang each large crystal one at a time) can't thank and recommend his services enough as wellWe are incredibly happy with our light, the entrance looks and feels refreshed, modern and overall beautiful again

Helpful staff, great selection and better prices than most suppliers. Store had inventory of the dining room fixture we chose from display so we were able to purchase and take delivery without waiting.
