Their products are of high quality. The construction of our awning and installation were well executed. They have such great experienced staff who are helpful and happy to give clear instructions! We highly recommend their services as you will not be disappointed!

I called and left a message about a broken crank and awning that was left out exposed to wind off the lake at 9:30pm. By 7:15 am I received a call letting me know that two guys were on their way to fix it. It was fixed within an hour and they even extended the warranty for me. Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service!!!! Thank you Alexander awnings!!! I put a good review in five years ago when we purchased it and now I am doing it again!!! I wanted something to give my house a bit of punch , it was lacking in Curb appeal . I decided to get awnings , and phoned Alexander's . A sales rep , a very nice guy , came out and measured , we chose a colour , and he said they would be ready in approx. 6 weeks . Six weeks later the installers phoned , and said they would be there in the morning to put them up . They were here on time , and the awnings were up in no time at all . They look great , and with a bit of landscaping , they will give the house the curb appeal that it needs . I want to thank Alexanders for the prompt service and the super job done by the installers . I was so pleased with the assistance Alexander Awnings provided when I cranked the awning out too far and it jammed. Storms were brewing so I didn’t want to leave it out stuck and risk it blowing away. Alexander Awnings came out within the hour and fixed the problem for no charge. I called Alexander Awnings to remove an old awning on the back of my home. They sent a couple of young men the very next day and they did the job neatly and quickly. They even took away some old wood, the result of my breaking down the former steps onto my back patio. They were friendly, helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a result, I will recommend Alexander Awnings to anyone to whom I speak who is interested either in removing an old awning or purchasing and installing a new one.
