Quiet, clean, and well maintained. Kaywood and Amanda are always smiling and positive whenever I speak with them. Location is great as it it close to downtown and parks.

Exceptional experience with new building managers, Amanda and Kenwood! You could say they are made for the job! Professional and friendly at the same time, open for improvements, communicates clearly and quick and effective on tasks. They work as a team, and it is easy to reach them by text or email. They never let me down, even on a Saturday evening emergency!!

I just moved in recently and I'm really happy with the building so far! My apartment has lots of room and a nice balcony, and the managers Amanda and Kaywood seem really nice. They did a great job on some recent renovations too!

Older building but it is well maintained by Amanda and Kaywood. They have done a lot of work including security cameras, new cleaning standards, + updating common spaces. Huge improvement for all residents over the past couple years.

The new building managers are fabulous! They're always hard at work maintaining or upgrading, very kind and approachable.Great place to live.
