I had hair styling from them today. Their service was really nice. Silky did my hair and I like it so much. She is polite and really good at her job.

The whole experience was very good.Sandeep is the hair stylist. He will guide you on maintaining hair and skin. Very genuine. The owner silky is also very nice in explaining the procedure. All in all nice experience

My mother came in showed photos of some pixie cuts off Pinterest. This is what she left with. She said it was very rushed and spent 30 ish minutes in there.

My daughter had an appointment and surprise...They overbooked! So they scrambled to find someone and found a stylist to do it. One problem. They took her to the barbershop side. I don't know about you but young girls don't want to get their hair cut at a barbershop. Is this place under new management? Because it seems all common sense has gone out the door.

This place is small and tucked away in the Strawberry Hill strip mall. The salon is bright and clean, I myself found the people who worked here to be fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I spent 5 hours with them (hair bleach and coloured) and enjoyed myself. The price I paid was about the same as most other places so offer the same service.Update: One year later I'm back again for a new look. Loved how even though I didn't know how to describe what I wanted Gurjit knew what I meant. Plus she was helpful for the ideas that I hadn't fully fleshed out. Not completely done yet, but at the final home stretch!

Misquoted price, cheap quality extensions, braids started coming off within an hour, total service charge $451 for this look. I am extremely disappointed by the owner who gave misinformation. The staff is really good but this time owner conned me. Set me up on cheap extensions and made me pay $451 for this kind of service.

Very unprofessional. I paid $350 for my hair to be done and the Color didn’t stay. I have to now go somewhere else and pay to get my hair fixed because I do not trust to go back there and let them work on my hair. They offered to fix my hair if I took down a review I made which I was going to but I don’t trust them enough to touch my hair again especially after I left a review explaining what had happened and they saw it asking me to take it down. I called them asking if we could reschedule to do it earlier in the day because I had an appointment to go to later on and they said no worries it will only take 2 hours. It rook 4 and a half hours and it wasn’t even done right. My hair is damaged now. You could tell the guy doing my hair had no idea what he was doing. And they said it was a “specialist” for my hair type. They even tried blaming me saying I had gone home and died my hair myself afterwards getting it done. Why would I spend $350 just to go home and do something to my hair myself? Do not go here. They’re very unprofessional. Only after money and the stylist have no idea what they’re doing. They just put up a good front and act very professional.

Gigi is truly talented at what she does! She always provides honest and meaningful advice always in the best interest of her clients in the chair. I am always more than satisfied with her service whether its a haircut, toner touch-up, or a full colour service. What are you waiting for, DM her asap to transform your life !

No one ever turned my hair this beautiful than gigi did . I love her work , she has magic in her work and i will always come back to her whenever i need my haircut or hair colour done .❤️❤️❤️❤️
