Lisa is phenomenal ☺️ Been going to Lisa for a year, and she’s done my laser and my upper hair Electrolysis, she’s clean, efficient & sweet. Whenever I go, she’s ready & on time. She’s managed to decrease the peach fuss on my lips; and my upper arms & bikini are almost hairless. I highly recommend her service, as she’s a very detailed, and good worker.

This place is a scam.I was not going to write a full review but after conversing with Lisa, and her trying to bribe me to remove my negative review, I feel like it is in everyone’s benefit to understand what kind of business this is.Before my initial visit, Lisa called me to explain what electrolysis was and what I should and shouldn’t expect from an appointment. I did my consultation with Rosana and did my first session right away for $70 (approx. 30 minutes). The first red flag was at the end of my session when Rosana told me I had to buy the company’s cream. Being new to electrolysis, I obliged but later realized that it was unnecessary.When I reached out to Lisa for a reimbursement, she told me that I “absolutely need to use it because it prevents any type of temporary side effects.” I told her that I had not negative side effects but she told me that she could not resell the cream due to Covid and therefore could not reimburse me.My first session with Rosana honestly went well and when I reached out to Lisa about the cream, I let her know this. However, each session after the initial one got increasingly careless. I only saw Rosana for my appointments and she would miss hairs and, in the last 2 sessions, made me bleed in 2 different areas. Lisa herself told me in our initial phone call that I should not bleed from electrolysis.Every time I tried to reschedule my appointments (I would contact Lisa), it was met with “honestly, this week would be better,” to which I would have to explain why I could not make the appointment.Ultimately, the customer service was very poor.I also made a point of checking the certifications on the wall. They are all Lisa’s, none for Rosana. Rosana told me in our initial meeting that Lisa had trained her. I have since brought this up with Lisa to which she responded that all of her technicians are certified, she just does not have the wall space to hang their certifications and that she trains them for an additional month as only the basics are covered in school. I do not know the credibility of this statement.Finally, Lisa contacted me to try and understand why I was leaving such a poor review. I explained to her my reasonings to which she tried to justify herself. She did not acknowledge any need for improvement nor apologized for the poor customer service.She bribed me to take down my review by saying, “I can refund you the cream and if you take the review down I would appreciate it.” This is completely unethical and would not be an accurate representation of this business.I think there are such few negative reviews about Lisa’s business for this reason. I would highly recommend everyone to think twice before coming here for service.

I saw significant results from doing electrolysis at this clinic. I went once a week for a couple months and the amount of hair on my face has drastically improved. The women who work there are incredibly caring, knowledgable, and good at their jobs. Lisa also has amazing insight to offer in skincare and haircare. She truly wants to help make a positive, physical change in your life. I highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent service and great results at the Permanent hair removal center! Lisa is competent, professional and friendly. She does a great job and the chocolate wax is absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend!

Elizabeth is fantastic! I have super sensitive skin and she is very gentle and I never leave with any kinds of scars or bruising (which I’ve experienced with other electrolysis technicians)! She is very precise, efficient, and accommodating when it comes to needing to change appointment times/dates! Definitely recommend her!

Absolutely love Lisa and her team, I lived an hour away and still went every week for electrolysis traffic and all, Lisa is full of positivity, understanding and genuinely caring and Elisabeth is so fast and awesome! I had amazing experience and totally recommend to everyone. They have great technique, really take care of you, make themselves available for you which is very important because starting electrolysis is a very overwhelming and stressful process and I probably would have given up if I had started somewhere else and I am so glad that I didnt,Thank you Lisa,TM

My personal experience was absolutely horrible. They struggled immensely to remove a piece of wax that they placed and made excuses saying I was too sweaty, my hairs were too short, too this, too that. It was more painful than necessary and left sticky wax EVERYWHERE. Least to say they offered me a tiny discount and a gram of cream but I'm never going back!
