Bad customer service. Very judgemental, Euric was late for our appointment, no sorry, no pardons, just looking down on me and have a suspicious attitude.I will not recommend to anyone. Best to stay away.

Not impressed with customer service. The tellers are great, but the managers not so. They need people there who love their clients, not ones who could not care less. People who deal with the public need to like people.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Waited over 15 minutes today and I was the only one in line...the manager needs to ensure the front is adequately staffed, or at least be willing to have someone jump on to help if a line forms. This is not the first time I've waited a dreadfully long time.

Do not conduct business here. Neighbourhood creates atmosphere of superiority amongst employees and they hurt you. Been customer for a few decades of TD BANK and worst place i've ever been. Hello, people fall bank on banking careers, quit acting like you are better than us because you commute to work in our neighbourhood and don't know how to fit in.

All my years of using this branch, 12 years; they have never picked up the phone and very, and I mean VERY rarely return a phone call. I wouldn't need all my fingers to count the times.

With a renovation, i have attempted to deposit a bank draft 5 separate times at this branch. each time it has been a circus. so much so that i provide the teller with my bank tellers cell phone number to confirm the legitimacy of the bank draft so that my contractor doesn't have to wait 5 days for it to clear. every time this branch screws it up. ridiculous.
