Water's Edge Restaurant and Lounge
Would give 5 star however the food needs attention.First it should be served hot prices high and the flavors were absent.The best of all was the server Mandy and his side kick Angel who made our experience a fun time. They were excellent and courteous.

Horrible food. Everything was cold. Steak was full of gristle and barely cooked. Fries were soggy. Pasta had no sauce. Only thing that was mildly ok was the chicken fingers and even those were cold. For $110 McDonald's would have been better. Will never return and definitely not recommend

Didn’t end up eating here, we went to go get a table for a larger group, originally only 3 of us went down to see if there was room for our group and one of the waiters said “we don’t take reservations” in a very snarky voice, so we explained how we were just coming to check it out. Then we texted everyone to come down and when more then half of us were there we were going to go sit down as the rest of our crew were getting their shoes on and on their way down. The same waiter went to sit a group of lady’s and they politely said “they were here first so they can go ahead of us”. So when we went to go get our table the waiter said “I can only give you enough seats for people that are are here” when we were waiting for our KIDS (which we clearly stated to him). By far worst service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely DO NOT recommend

We enjoyed excellent service, and the food was delicious. We were aware that they were understaffed like most restaurants and this new era, but they did an amazing job of looking after our group. Not only is the food delicious, but the portions are generous.

Water's Edge Restaurant and Lounge
I've had several meals here, and all have been very good....especially the eggs Benedict. The service is prompt but not lurking, and a nice view of the lake is a plus. The hours are convenient, as they open early for hotel guests.Also.....the coffee is just superb. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. I definitely would recommend Chicken Neptune. It was delicious and Angel" not only served us food but kept us well entertained with his good humour and magic tricks!"

Delicious, large portions. Excellent staff and comfortable seating area with a veiw of the lake. I came in on a Sunday evening, and it was nice and quiet. The food was quick, and our server was very polite and kind.10/10 would recommend for the view, on a sunny day.

We recently spent 4days/3nights at the Manitou Springs Mineral Spa and opted for another night/day. We ate at the Water's Edge Restaurant and found the food very good and the prices reasonable. The staff were very good, very friendly, accommodating and made our experiences very enjoyable. Angel (Asst Manager) was excellent and everyone else (other food servers/bussers) were very good as well. My wife and I would recommend this Spa and restaurant.
