Colleen makes every visit to the store enjoyable & fun. She's soooo helpful & positive ❤️❤️❤️ She's the ONLY reason I shop there - her customer service is the best I've encountered! Otherwise, I'd still be shopping at Global Pet Foods.

Went in the store yesterday, three people working, not one of them said hi or even acknowledged us when we walked in the store, was looking at something behind them, didn't bother to come give us a hand or ask if we needed help. Will not set foot in this Camrose store again.

I always have a good experience coming to this location. I am welcomed and helped almost immediately. My dog loves the quail eggs, goats milk and lamb dinner. He drools at every meal and licks his bowl clean! I have a happy and healthy pup who can't get enough ❤️. I'm waiting to see how the missing link skin and coat does for excessive shedding, and will edit my review when I see a difference. (We just started on that).

Was just kicked out of store for not wearing a mask, meanwhile staff has theirs around their necks. Lots of other places to spend $200 on pet food. Went to PETSMART whoaccepts my exemption and is my new pet supply store ❤

Went in with my bengal to find stuff and had all of the staff swarm me in the best way. Genuine pet lovers. Every suggestion I heard was this is what I use for my kitten" and I honestly believed it was their best interest and not just a sale."

such amazing and dedicated staff members. everyone was so welcoming and helpful. they had amazing customer service skills and they were so sweet about the dog wash appointments. they followed covid protocals to the T. it was very clean and over all a homey experience. highly recommended using the dog wash station it was a huge help especially if you have a large dog! if I didn't live in Edmonton this would be my go to location!

It's easily the best pet store experience I've had.The staff there are very knowledgeable about your pets and strive to find the answers to your questions. Even if they aren't sure, they will get you answers asap!The recommendations and options they had to keep my cat entertained and happy really saved us!I will 1000% be coming back.Thank you!

Have been looking for some bird food that the small birds will eat but the big birds will not hoard. The manager has been amazing at sourcing some options (and during the pandemic at that) and suggesting alternatives as we were also looking at options that did not germinate. Brenda has offered incredible customer service. We will be back -- thank you Brenda! Great service to the Camrose community!
