Arriving around 10.30am. The queue was not too long, and we all had seats to sit and wait. The waiting time was like 1.5 hour and it only took 10 minutes to get the SIN once your turn.

Awful. Waited 5 hours to apply for a passport, everything went well, all correct" documentation. Then 1-2 weeks later I received a call saying I was missing ID. The workers at this location are blatantly and utterly incompetent. It's probably better to go to the Broadway location and lose your mind trying to find parking than wasting your time here."

Got there at 7:06. They opened the doors at 8:20 to let everyone in and a worker was taking care of my passport application at 8:30 sharp. The whole process took like 20 minutes!

Would give zero stars. Arrived at 8am. 20 people in line. At 8:30am they let the first 10 people inside to wait again. Only one person inside reviewing passport applications. 1 hour later they let another 10 people in. Once you get in, they review your application then make you wait for another hour before they actually accept your payment. The line up outside keeps getting longer and longer down the block. I am very disappointed in the Government of Canada and their inability to scale up and adequately provide this essential service.

Very bad experience!!Highly recommend to arrive as early as possible if you don't have an appointment. Me and my partner went at 11am to get out SIN numbers.We waited outside in a line for 2 hours, to then be told by the rudest person that we might be in a queue till close time (4pm). If we don't get seen we have to come back another day and que again..This really should be told to people standing in the Que as it's just wasting everyone's time.

Went in on a Friday morning (10:00am) to see how long the wait was for a passport renewal.The front guard said 1 to 2 hours. Waited in line to double check with the front desk staff and was told 2 hours. Insane. There wasn’t even a line outside the doors (which I’ve seen many times walking by).If you booked an appointment time, make sure you tell the front desk or you’ll be sent into the general waiting area. Recommend sending your application by mail (if it’s not a rush). It’ll save you from wasting a few hours of your life.

I went on Friday around 8 in the morning and it was around 15 people doing the line already, however after 8:30 they let go inside around 20 people and in matter of 20 to 30 min I got my sin number. The guy from the counter is super nice and friendly, something that I cant say the say for the old security guy. Overall it was a normal experience getting documents. Just come early and you will leave early

Poorly organized and slowest service center I have ever been. Arrived around 1pm and wait over 2 hours and has not been called. I wonder what the staff doing with all the tasks. It would be better if they allow making appointments like ICBC and dividing slots because it looks like they are overloaded. For now, it doesn't matter if you make appointments or not, if it's busy when you arrive, you will have to wait like others.

The worst service ever I have a newborn I had to wait 5 hours the lady in the front desk Helen was very rude and impolite and The officer too also the officer took 30 minutes only for my case. Government should find qualified people to work in service we deserve respect and I recommend to have priority line for disability people. There were many people complaining and nobody do nothing is frustrating

Be prepared for a long lineup, even if you arrive before their opening time. The security guard wasn’t aware of the sequence of the line up, so we ended up waiting even longer than expected. Everyone working here was also rude and condescending. The teller wasn’t able to provide accurate information on basic questions.
