The staff are so friendly and helpful. I just needed to order one light bulb and they took the time to get the order in for me.

I'm giving Stan Calouro 5/5 for the great customer service he provided over the phone. You don't get that service often these days. I'm looking for a glass fuse for a 5000 watt converter and I'm struggling to get hold of one. I called Stan and he literally owned my problem for me, I know without a shadow of a doubt he went over and beyond to research the fuse I needed. He called me back, I asked another question and he was all over it. Fantastic Fantastic customer service. I plan to drive down to purchase the fuse on Saturday and honestly if it doesn't work, I'd still be totally happy, as I can see how hard Stan has tried to help! Thanks again, You're an asset to your firm!

Called in this morning to see if they had a bulb on the which was rare. Amazing service over the phone. and also had the product transferred over from another store so I would not have to travel. And was nice and understanding.

Very limited stock and home Depot is cheaper...

Be wary of this place they are sketchy. Called in about a dryer relay and was told the next day via text message that the part was non oem and cost $150 plus tax and 2-3 week wait time since it was rare" and they don't stock this. There was a restocking fee if I returned it as well. Decided to call the next place on Google called O'Neil electric in Woodbridge and the guy had 400 oem pieces for $16.50 each tax in. Said it was very common since it's used in most highrise apartments and condos for dryer booster fans. Needless to say I travelled 15 mins to Woodbridge and picked it up at the counter. This Tobram place almost ripped me off for 10 times the selling price from its competitor. Be wary."
