Horrible experience over the phone. Customer service was rude and insulting. I needed assistance and clarification with how to proceed with my issue, waited 30 mins only to be met with arrogance, insults and attitude. Keep up the understanding and helpful assistance, it really helps out a stressful situations.

Our provincial government should be ashamed of themselves. Total travesty of tax paying dollars. Wait times average about 1-3 hours depending on the day & only 1 prosecutor on duty with 4 other rooms not being used. Older ladies forced to stand for hours & no direction of any kind. A simple ticket system where by citizens could get a number would be much more convenient & rational! People should say & do more about our government when they clearly are breaching the publics trust!

Cannot be bothered to change address on file to match current license for a court date for a ticket which ironically is for not changing my address with 6 days of moving.. Ive not lived where they are sending mail for almost 3 years.. they've suspended my license twice because of this

Can't even get ahold of the courthouse. 9am-1pm for hours is an absolute joke when someone works a day job.

Honestly, every member of the court was pleasant. Everyone was quick to resolve issues, and presented multi-modal assistance.

I wish someone reads my comment take my advise. Save your self time and pay ur ticket . No need to see the judge because they don't believe in any of your evidence or facts. Waste of time and money is all about. Very disappointed by this court and it's staff

Horrible customer service over the phone. Rude, nasty people ,should be fired. Unable to give basic information. Was hung up on, had to call back. Was told someone would call back with more information. Never received call back. Assisting my elderly father with hearing issues, was told I need to be his power of attorney. It is his right to assistance, he is not cognitively impaired. Acting as information interpreter. He was present and able to answer questions and give input once the information was relayed to him. Requested to speak to the Crown attorney several times; as the information he received stated he could. Was told he didn't get to talk to anyone other then phone answering person. Poor system management. Should have more competent staff . The call was for the Crown attorney, not ineffective, inefficient phone answers with no information and bad attitudes.

The whole place seems to be one giant conflict of interest where the judge is friends with the prosecutor who is also friends with the officers . which leaves no hope for justice for the standard citizens looking to defend themselves agansit tyranny . there will be no regard for any evidence provided . even when the officer can't gorm his or her own statements they will be held above alll others .

Not sure how it is these days but way back when I had a BS traffic ticket, which in a Police offer lied on the report about the facts, I would go there every day waiting hours but would never get called to speak to the prosecutor. The judge at that time was really weird as well.
