The worst manager, customer service and cashier, the sale male domenic is the worst one , he know nothing and he say any thing to sale you bell cell and when you get your bill you will cary. the first time I bought a quality WD HDD from this best buy, and I tried to bring it back to the repair center here, they asked me to solve it with the WD by myself, they offer the warranty but not the service. This time I tried to buy a dyson vacuum, their system declined my transaction, and the cashier, manager all showed an impatient face, either just showed me the declined bill or this refund is gonna take 48hr back to ur account

I give it a 1 and they are lucky. If you have a return to do with an extended warranty they will stall you and if they don't have the product you are there to exchange they will try to offer you a cheaper product, how insulting. Then if you try to request a gift card for the amount that you paid they will refuse. Then other employees will join in like they are ganging up on you. I was told I was a pathetic person" and they threatened me to get security to throw me out. Then I was told by another employee that the store was a private store and I had to get out right away. That's what happens when you let kids control the store with no management supervision. I had to got to plaza St Hubert in Montreal to exchange my product and it took me 5 minutes to do so without a problem or aptitude like the store in Chateauguay. Those employees in Chateauguay have a bad aptitude and no customer service abilities what so ever. Never go back there again."

I've been here on 4 occasions, usually employees are in the back left end of the store when you walk in, understandable when your not busy but I wish they had some sort of motion center at the front to tell employees someone walked in, otherwise I felt awkward looking for someone.Samy, the representative helping me replaced my phone Sim card free of charge, it is a service I pay for so I did except it to be free. I was having service issues where it would randomly drop out. He explained if I had more issues to contact Samsung through there direct line or website. He stated that its covered by the manufacturers warantee, and went into depth about Consumer laws protecting me from having to spend another 1200$ for a product that would break in about a year.As an It and tech support employee for other businesses I felt reassured that he knew what he was talking about in regards to the product I purchased.Asides from the walkin experience I would give it a solid 4/5, really hope they add a way for employees to know customers are there.
