Certainly best in what they do. Especially Mr. Jappan; he personally took care of all the finance and even hand delivered our van all the way to Langley, BC from Winnipeg. I will recommend anyone in Canada buying their car to check prices with this place since delivery is not an issue. And thank you for some dodge merch as well.

Great people and service center staff are very nice , but coming out of a german brand vehicle, I have noticed a big difference in how I get my vehicle returned.I would say having a courtesy car wash would go a long, long way with me .The one thing all import dealer ships do is wash the vehicle after a service is done.That, for me, was the biggest shock this dealer ship doesn't do that would go a long way for their customers.

I bought my truck 3 years ago and sold it a year after that after this dealerships said that because my work parking lot was gravel it meant I went off roading and that it voided my warranty. Now they haven’t stopped calling, texting and sending me mail. I have reached out so many times and I have asked them to stop but they haven’t. Unless you want to be harassed 3-4 times a week I highly recommend you stay away from this terrible dealership

I'm writing a second 1 star review on this business because after my initial review the marketing manager for Waverly reached out to me to rectify my issue, I had mentioned in my 1st review that I had referred a customer who did purchase a vehicle but I never received the referral bonus that was promised. I spoke with the marketing manager over a period of a few weeks and he assured me I would be recieveing the bonus because upon looking into my inquiry he could see I had not recieved it and to top it off the salesperson lied about etransferring it to me without ever asking for my information.I am beyond disappointed in this dealership and how they treat their customers I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and referred a customer who purchased so I'm appalled that this is how they treat returning customers. I will not be going here again because I do not trust their business practices.

Buying a vehicle wasn't bad, the staff was friendly and helpful. The owner on the other hand hasn't stopped calling me leaving voicemails about sales. Will never buy another vehicle here, if I'm just going to be harrassed about buying a new one when I don't want to. Blocked the number and still get voicemail. Terrible business management.

Salesperson listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle! I’m loving my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Process went smoothly and my new vehicle was waiting for me in the front when I arrived! Would recommend purchasing from this dealership to everyone and anyone looking to buy! They go above and beyond for their customers and it really was a A+ experience!

I bought a 2022 Ram Sport truck here. This was probably the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Kush and Mike were both very knowledgeable and willing to deal. They were also very accommodating with my requests. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
