Bad experience with this company!!! I have ordered a coffee table last September. The estimated delivery date was between December 6-20. I understood it, so I ordered it. Then after that date, nothing happened, and they pushed delivery date to Jan 23 without noticing me. Now they don’t even answer back to my email. I have had a same problem early last year, but I thought i was not lucky, so i ordered thing from this company, again. I will never order anything from this company. I can’t get any feedback if I email them, so I leave review here.

Customer service is non-existant, I ordered a table 3 weeks ago and the ETA keeps changing. The Purolator tracking they provided has been sitting on Label Created" for 3 weeks with no movement. I've followed up 5 times and been told each time that I should wait a couple more days as the item is in the warehouse. Clearly it's not

In line with the sentiments of other reviews - West Elm certainly has beautiful products, but their customer service is sadly non-existent. My tragic tale involves a dining table, which was purchased months ago & included their premium White Glove" delivery service.To make a long story short

We ordered two wall mounted lamps, all we got was just the base of one of the lamp. Apparently they ship everything separately and it's been weeks waiting for the rest of the components of the lamp and the other lamp to come. We have been getting multiple shipping times and they never deliver. Now we got another estimated delivery close to the end of the month.I have no idea why they keep changing the shipping time and date and why would they ship parts separately. Not happy at all, would not recommend buying for west elm, unless you would want to wait for each part to come on random week

Terribly customer service . 5 months to deliver is outrageous and staff behave like they don’t care . Their system is unreliable as to the date to expect shipping or delivery . Just a painful experience

This is a review for the West Elm website. West Elm markets (and prices) itself as high end but unfortunately falls terribly short of its aim. I placed an online order for a coffee table. The table arrived scratched and the lift top hydraulic mechanism defective. Called customer service and the agent said they will send a replacement table. The ETA of the replacement table was delayed 4 times. I called customer service several times and every time, the agent told me they’ll “email the shipping department” and give me an update. However, I would not get any updates and when I check the tracking myself, the status would constantly show “created shipping label” only. Apparently, the label had been created for over 2 weeks yet nobody had picked up the item to ship it. The fourth time I called, the agent asked me to wait another week. I asked to speak to a manager and the agent put me on hold, with the line then dropping 20 minutes later. I called a few more times and I would either get a message that “all agents were busy” or someone would seemingly pick up the phone but not say anything. I’ve never come across customer service THIS unprofessional and rude. I finally reached an agent over the online chat and got the replacement table cancelled and the original table refunded via an in-store return. West Elm is disappointing both in terms of quality and customer service. I will NEVER buy from West Elm again.

Whoa, looking at the ratings, I had a different experience, I bought my bed frame and set from here, I found them really helpful, and the delivery service was amazing. When I strolled in to walk around with my coffee, it may have taken a while for someone to ask if I need help, but they did. I think it's a great place to browse, love the bed and everything else I picked up from this location.

Fantastic place to shop for all of your home needs. I had an excellent experience shopping at this store. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. I was fortunate to meet Ilayda , who was a true professional and exhibited a great deal of patience throughout the process. she took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, helped me find the perfect pieces.

Beautiful and unique home deco. You can find some of these items at homesense at a good deal I only buy when their items are on sale. But if you can't wait to find at homesense. Then check west elm out. Their items are so beautiful and very good quality. Also if you are buying online,always check for store availability even if it says the item is not available instore for pickup. It could be available in the store.just call the store, give the CSR the sku number for the item and they will let you know if it available instore for pickup. You can order over the phone and you will save the shipping cost.
