Amanda is the BEST!!! I recently collaborated with her for a styled wedding shoot at the beginning of February! Everything was SO beautifully organized and styled! She made sure every detail was perfect and she made the shoot run so smoothly. It was so amazing to be able to capture it all for her and be apart of the day! I highly recommend this gal! She will make sure your day is a DREAM!!

We met with 5-6 different wedding coordinators over Zoom and chose to work with Amanda because she stood out from the rest. She was amazing to work with from start to finish. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, so it was a huge help having Amanda in our corner. She went above and beyond helping us pick up and drop off our wedding arch rental within a very specific time window and picking up our cake. She also drove all the way to Banff and back for our rehearsal the evening before and still showed up bright and early at 6.45 am for our wedding the next day.She was extremely organized in managing our vendors, putting together our timeline and sending us spreadsheets so that everything was in one place. We asked a few times if there was anything we could help her with, but she always had everything taken care of.When we met her the day before for our rehearsal, it felt like we were meeting a friend even though we had never met in person prior to that day. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day since she and her assistant Daityn took care of all the set up, organization, scheduling, and take down with incredible communication, hard work and attention to detail. We placed a lot of trust in her to set up our ceremony and reception decor with only a brief description of where we wanted things and she was able to bring our vision to life and blow us away. She was always on top of things and everything ran so smoothly that we even ran ahead of schedule - something we certainly didn't expect!If you want to actually be able to enjoy your wedding day (and the weeks leading up to it), we would highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator and choosing Amanda as your girl. She is incredibly hardworking and professional and so responsive. She exceeded our expectations entirely. Thank you so much - you are the best!

Amanda came recommended to me by one of my best friends who also had her wedding coordinated by Day of Diva. I can’t even express how amazing, kind, organized and professional Amanda and her team are!!!Wedding planning was stressful for my husband and I and we honestly could not have done it without Amanda. From regularly chatting with us and walking us through everything, to the meticulous timeline of our wedding day, to contacting and following up with all of our vendors, to picking up our flowers from Calgary to bring them over to Emerald Lake, to coordinating our entire day so smoothly and setting up our reception beautifully. I have so many wonderful things to say about Day of Diva that I don't even know where to begin, so I'll just start by saying exactly that. My husband and I were hesitant at first to take the plunge on day- of coordination services, as it is an additional expense to consider with the already expensive costs associated with weddings! However, Monica and Amanda did such an incredible job helping us with contacting vendors, sorting out last minute details, and ensuring that our day went smoothly that I highly encourage anyone thinking of taking the plunge to do so now! It was well worth the expense, in our opinion, as this allowed us total relaxation on our wedding day and gave us the chance to really enjoy our time with loved ones. We weren't having to worry about ironing out timelines and making sure that everything stayed on schedule, as we had Day of Diva to do all of that for us:)Monica, Amanda, and their team went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was exactly as we wanted, including making a trip to Canadian Tire to pick out the proper string lights for us (because I grabbed 'solar powered' by mistake!), taking my parents and I on a hike through the trees (to keep us hidden at our outdoor ceremony), and picking up/dropping off rentals and dessert for us (game changer if you have a destination wedding and need to bring everything with you).Moreover, they were so pleasant and fun to work with! We really enjoyed our time with them and would highly encourage those interested in wedding planning services to give them a try. You will not be disappointed with the outstanding customer service that they provide.

Hiring Amanda as my wedding planner/coordinator was the best wedding decision I made! She completely exceeded my expectations! Not only did she help me with my decor decisions, cake tasting, seating arrangements, site visits and an entire wedding day schedule, she did it all during a pandemic. Leading up to the wedding, some last minute changes had to be made, and Amanda executed them with ease, contacting all my other vendors to organize it. On the wedding day, I was never stressed because I knew I had Amanda by my side. She set up all the decor for my ceremony and reception. She helped bring my fairytale to life. Working with Day of Diva was by far the best decision that we made for our wedding. Wow I don’t even know where to begin. Amanda was by far one of the most amazing people i’ve ever met! She was the most patient with me when I struggled to find a venue. She always found a quick solution if I needed one and went above and beyond out of her comfort zone to do my wedding as I changed the location 8 months out. This beautiful lady did everything to keep me happy and stress free. The day of the wedding she truly showed how amazing she was at her job. Everything went sooooo smoothly I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my now husband!!! Working with the Day of Diva crew was an amazing experience!! They were so thorough and respectful of all our wishes! Having direct access to the team at any time was also great and helps for those stressful times when we had last minute questions!
