Kaizen Health Group - Parkway (Square One)

The place is very clean, people are very polite and the environment was very calming with soft music. The massage therapist was very gentle with magic hands and professional. She helped me a lot and I am going back in 2 weeks. Thank you Jenny.

It was my first time going there today and that hour went by quick, I wish it was longer! I had an appointment at the Kaizen-Robert Speck Parkway. The place was clean, quiet and calm. My RMT was Winnie and she was awesome. She was able to target the areas I had issues with and by the time I left my appointment I felt so relaxed and pampered. Winnie was very professional and asked if the pressure was good and at the end she gave me some advice to help me with my muscle aches and circulation. I would definately book again with Winnie and recommend Kaizen Health Group to my friends and family. Time well spent!

I got a massage from Stacy today and it was the best massage I’ve had.She was kind, polite and asked for consent before starting the massage which I loved. I really liked that she was focused, and didn’t engage in small talk (which I don’t enjoy while getting a massage) she paid extra attention to my tense areas and overall made for a wonderful experience.I enjoy Kaizen because of their skilled staff, and many locations. So far, I have visited the Square One location twice, and the glen Erin location once. Good experiences at both. I love that they direct bill.

I originally gave this location one star review because of the terrible experience I had with the receptionist at the Parkway location. The receptionist was really uncourteous and absolutely had no interest in helping anyone that went to this location. But Cheyenne from their customer service team went above and beyond in an effort to understand the experience I had and provide a solution. Bumping up the rating for this!

Booked a 60 minute RMT massage with Stacey in the Mississauga Robert Speck Parkway location, and it was a wonderful experience.Knowledgeable and passionate staff that not only listen to you when you speak, but listen to your body as well.As this was my first massage, Stacey was extremely professional and walked me through what I could expect from her treatment for this appointment.I found immediate relief from tension points on my back, neck and legs after my session was complete and I returned home.Afterwards, Stacey took time after our allotted appointment to give me tips and pointers as how to alleviate and reduce pain and inflammation in my common areas which was greatly appreciated.I will definitely be returning for subsequent trips for treatment and care here!

I got super lucky to get an instant appointment for a deep tissue massage for 30 mins at Robertspeck location. Michelle (Mike) was super amazing, kind, and professional. I was in so much pain because of my protruding disc, and she handled it very well. I have already booked my next appointment with them. Thank you so much, Kiazan, and blessings to Mike..❤️

Im currently doing ankle rehab so I thought scheduling a massage would benefit me, and from 2 sessions, I can say that Hannah is my favourite massage therapist ever! She is the sweetest and she is very attentive to the concerns you bring up to her. She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

I've gotten two massages one from Bushra and one from Winnie - Both experiences were great. They both take a lot of care and consideration to work through your issues. One of the best massages I've ever gotten.

This was my first time going to Kaizen. Stacey was awesome. She was so knowledgeable and professional. You can tell how passionate she is with helping her clients get the right treatment for their issue(s). I normally feel a bit uncomfortable going to get massages, but she put me at ease right away. I was able to communicate with her on what I needed during the session. Amanda at front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great experience and I will be returning.
