HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was out of town when I called Appliance Wave while I had an Airbnb guest staying for a few weeks this summer. My washer was broken and it was urgent to get a new one and replace the old one. When I called them, the owner of the company picked up and said that all of his technicians were full booked that day. Guess what the owner did? He came after 5pm (around 6:38pm) to take a look at my broken washer. A matter of 48 hours, the owner was able to find me a brand new washer with a great price, delivery it to my home address, install it and remove the old one. I had no words. Everything went so smooth, I was very happy with Appliance Wave, A++ quality service. They really care about their customers. Another A++. Well Done!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Appliance Wave is great, easy to deal with, they have great products at really great prices (new, open box, demo models, etc...) and the gentleman there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to support them vs. the big box stores! I got a juicer from them that was half the price from Amazon or other online ppl. Very happy with their service.

I recently got an Omega Juicer from Appliance Wave and the service was exceptional. Shane was very responsive and he shipped the juicer very quickly. This is a tough one.Ordered a juicer online. Price was almost $100.00 less than anywhere else (before $25 in shipping). Red flag but decided to give it a try. PAYPAL for payment so nominal risk, albeit potential for excessive hassle to get money back.Anyways, created an account and placed the order. A few days later checked the status to find; order canceled and then a second order showing in progress. Sent an email asking for an update and tracking. Nothing. Sent multiple emails, never received a response. 11 days after order was placed I found a phone number (not available on the website). Called on a Monday and reached the owner. He said he would look into it Tuesday and get back to me. He never did. Contacted him again, he told me he was working with Canada Post to trace the shipment. Called the next morning and he tells me Canada Post cannot locate it, so he will UPS me a replacement order that day (Wednesday). I ask him to send me tracking. Nothing is sent. I call again. Voicemail and the mailbox is full. I call and call nothing. I resort to text. He tells me he will send tracking and cannot talk as in 'meetings'.Finally after many texts I received from a different number Purolater tracking finally on Friday. One week later, what I ordered arrived and it was coŕrect. I took a video of the box as I was concerned a rock might be inside.My advice, if you have the patience to chase your order, you can save a nice amount of money. Was it worth it. Not sure. My guess is this business is just overwhelming for the owner and staff and is chaos and squeaky wheel (me) got greased.I hate not giving a small business an excellent review, however, cannot. Sadly.

Recently purchased omega juicer from the store, The experience was amazing. Shane was very helpful in choosing the right fit for us. Have been making juice from home ever since. I accidentally clicked the link on google search, read google reviews and called right away and spoke to owner. My juicer got door delivered same day complimentary. SAVED 50%. Whole experience was a breeze. Professional and Excellent service that beats big box stores. TRY IT TO BELIEVE.

Best customer service experience I have ever had! Spoke with their customer service representative and they were able to answer all my questions got me booked asap to come take a look at my washer and dryer. The technician was top notch very covid safe, very clean. Fixed both appliances in no time and I couldn't find a better price, trust me I searched. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I'm so happy I that I got my washer and dryer fixed I was freaking out what to do during a pandemic.
