Just dropped in to help walk off a nice dinner. We picked up a pair of slightly different colour chairs for a GREAT sale price. They are going into separate rooms sooooo bonus!

I had an excellent shopping experience with Farah. I asked her about the bedroom furniture I was interested in, but it was not in the showroom. She showed me other pieces which were similar in style/colour so I could get an idea what they would look like. I also was looking at what the Brick had for dining room sets and she showed me around and made very helpful suggestions based on my home decor. I also ended up purchasing the dining set she suggested (on sale!) because of it being a perfect match with my new home’s decor. I am very happy with my purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered.I would highly recommend to talk with Farah about your furniture needs as she has 10+ years of experience and will definitely steer you in the right direction. She advised against buying a more expensive set I was interested in, because the one she suggested was not only a better fit with my decor, but was going to cost me a little over half the price of the one I was originally looking at. Considering that buying new furniture was not something I had budgeted for when I moved, this was very helpful to me to have someone suggesting something affordable and stylish rather than trying to upsell to something more expensive.Also, since I was opting to have it delivered next week, she put me in for a promotion that was starting next Thursday which gave free shipping as well.A+ customer service from Farah!

Ehdrian was out sales consultant, and it was a really positive experience. He went the extra mile to make sure we saw all options, and got the best value for our money. Would highly recommend going to this Pitt Meadows location, even if you have to go a bit out of your way. Excellent service.

I had a very positive experience at the Brick in Pitt Meadows. My rep was extremely professional, kind and helpful with selecting a sectional couch. Ehdrian was patient and asked open ended questions to really understand what I was looking for. Also he explained everything in great detail, including how the warranty worked and confirmed the materials were made in Canada. Highly would recommend to family/ friends!

My fam and I recently experienced an exceptional customer service, especially from Jessica. She approached us first but we didn't feel pressured. She shared us honest opinions based on her experience and verified facts to help us decide on new bed sets. She and her colleagues also patiently assisted us with the MC stuff so we can get the max store credit ('coz we added another item at the last minute before their closing time). Her senior colleague also helped us get the best deal/promo thru their price match program about a week after we made the purchase! We're also very satisfied with the delivery and the products! This is why we love this store!!!

Excellent customer service. All the ladies were very professional and courteous. Picked up some excellent deals from the Pitt Meadows location. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Couldn't be happier. Farah saw us coming through the door, asked what we were looking for, a short time later we left with a great purchase, as she navigated us through there store directly to the products she thought would fit our budget and other needs. 36 Hours later we received the items and I couldn't be happier and I am glad we listened to her colour suggestions, as the two items look great together.
