-Booking errors-Long waits at front desk and restaurant-Confused/disorganized staff (new/untrained?) who were at times difficult to work with. Overall, overpriced hotel with bad service at front desk and restaurant. Not sure if this is due to staffing shortages?-Keys to room expired after one night, even though we were booked for two-Decent room and great pool area indoors/outdoors

The room, the cuisine but most of all the incredible friendly service made our stay most memorable. This will now be our regular stopping place for our frequent trips between Nova Scotia and Ontario.

The rooms had been updated. The desk chair was terribly wobbly and probably should be replaced. Two slider doors to the outside could not be locked. Did report it to the front desk. We stayed there twice. It was fine as options were limited.

This hotel in March is like Florida in Quebec! All life centres around the pool and hot tub. The guests sate outside their poolside rooms and chatted with refreshments. This was our first time and we were at the back of the hotel but still liked the whole atmosphere of the pool area when we swam.

Super unique little hotel with an oasis pool/spa area in the centre, rich with foliage. Ask for a room overlooking the pool. There is no elevator but the rooms on the second floor offer the best view. Very polite and accommodating staff. Super clean room.

This hotel is always our place to stay when traveling from the Maritimes to Ontario. It's halfway! There's a lot to like about it, especially the pool and atrium area.However, if you happen to have limited mobility, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms and carrying luggage can be problematic. So would suggest booking a room on the ground level.The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We did however find the room was quite hot at night.

Absolutely charming. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom, and as everyone else has mentioned there amenities are unique and fabulous. I enjoyed the extended custom hot tub and the sauna room. I also was able to have a nice meal from the hotel restaurant, which was delivered to my room door. In fact, the kitchen was supposed to be closed, but they kept the restaurant open due to the busy Thanksgiving weekend crowd in order to help the hotel guests. My only regret is not staying longer, I would have loved to check out the spa, which has very reasonable prices.

I love this hotel, the pool, hot tub and sauna are lovely and rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The only negative is the restaurant: nice atmosphere, decent service but tasteless food.The food does not live up to the quality of the rest of the hotel services. They would greatly benefit from getting a better chef. We're it not for the disappointing food I would have given 5 stars. Also there doesn't seem to be a whole lot to do in the area and it's a bit far from Quebec city.
