Michael Hill Willowbrook Shopping Centre

I visited the store yesterday to purchase a bracelet for my older sister’s bracelet. When I walked in, Manmeet greeted us kindly. She was a big help in finding the right bracelet that suited my sister’s style. Manmeet made it a very comfortable and easy process. She was engaging in conversations with us and trying to find the right bracelet for us. It was like talking to a close friend. I’ve never had a positive experience in a jewelry store until this one!

I went to the Michael Hill store at Willowbrook mall with my wife to buy her a ring.The overall store ambience and layout was awesome with friendly and warm welcome from the staff. We met super knowledgeable sales women (Manmeet) who answered all our questions about the diamonds and helped us find a perfect ring. I was there to buy one ring but ended up buying 2 rings and an earring set for my wife due to there superb customer service. Special thanks to the Store Manager (Roya Naderi) for making our overall buying experience wonderful and memorable.I will highly recommend Michael Hill at Willowbrook Mall (Langley) to anyone who is interested in buying beautiful jewellery for their loved ones on any special occasions.Just ask for Manmeet for all your needs and wonderful purchase experience.

I went into Micheal hills looking for a birthday present for my mom. I knew I wanted earrings but didn't know what type or style. Cory helped me right away and made me feel welcomed. She made the shopping experience fun and helped picked gorgeous earrings for my mother. Will be definitely shopping there again

We had a wonderful experience with the lovely lady Manmeet in Michael hill Willowbrook mall. She was very kind, sweet and extremely helpful in helping us narrow down our final selections without any pressure at all. She was extremely knowledgeable of the product and she assisted us in finding the perfect titanium ring for my husband and that fit our overall budget. I would highly recommend.

Today I went in to Michael Hill at Willowbrook Mall. I was greeted and welcomed by a lovely lady named Cory. She has extensive knowledge on the inventory and showed me choices of what I had in mind for a gift. Not only did I buy a gift, with Cory's assistance I ended up buying bangles for myself.Cory's warm and caring personality made my day at Michael Hill's. I will definitely be returning to Michael Hill for Cory's professional advice.

Ruby is the best Person ever she did the most to help me, she went above and beyond to help me, what a wonderful person never met someone like her. Really great ladies work there very helpful and nice. Went to peoples beside it and were very rude but then went to this store And were some of the nicest people. I hundred percent recommend this location the team is super nice and helpful. I would hundred percent come back for all my jewelry needs. Thank you so much ruby.

I’ve been going to this location for years to do my ring inspections and Manmeet has been the best representative in the store we have had by far. I make a point to only go in when she is there. I first met her when I came in for a another warranty inspection somehow I left with a band for my ring after I fell in love with one - she remembers me and my husband each time! Fantastic worker always so kind and patient. Amazing job Manmeet! Thank you for making what would’ve been routine check ins memorable and fun!

My fiancé and I have come to willowbrook Michael hill for my engagement ring, wedding band and his wedding band and we have come back to Manmeet each time. She is a great sales associate and she really cares about her customers. She makes sure we get the best deal and we leave happy! Definitely go see her!
