Excellent Groomer for my Cat MiloChantel was so gentle with Milo who is a Siberian cat with lots of fur.He looks so handsome now and strutted around showing off his new look.Another trip for Milo, Chantel again was excellent with him.He is so handsome now with his trim also got his nails clipped,such a good boy for Chantel.

Took my maincoon cat “moon” here today and he got a lion cut and nails done. I was so worried. It was AMAZING!! Best service. Best lion cut. My cat was totally fine and felt calm and actually enjoyed it!! Loved it so much I’m taking my other cat there next week and we will be coming back!! Highly recommend!!

I have a small dog 6lbs. I brought her in for grooming, wash and a trim.Chantel was awesome with her. She is very knowledgeable, and professional.My pup came out with a smile and happyI Highly recommend, ill be back for her next trim

Chantel did a beautiful job with Aboo. This was our second professional groom, we didn’t have the best experience with our first groomer but Chantel turned this around! I was so worried about how Aboo would behave during the groom, as he hates when we try to clip his nails at home. Apparently Aboo sat through the whole groom no issue. Thanks for making Aboo even more precious then he already is!!

Chantel is THE BEST with our anxious beagle/chihuahua’s nail trims!! She is friendly, fast and never hits our pup’s nail quicks. Our dog is usually a shaking, nervous wreck for a nail trim but stands perfectly calmly for Chantel. The shop is in the bottom of a residential home, but the set up and service we get is more professional than the commercial business we’ve been going to in White Rock for years (which we always left from with at least one bleeding nail and they blamed it on the nails being black). Recommend Fluff Room 100%!!

Chantel has been my fur baby's groomer for 10 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. There's not enough good things I can say! Chantel is just a great person who clearly loves all her furry clients and it shows.

My little guy hates everything about being groomed but Chantel can manage his anxiety and naughtiness and he gets the best fresh, clean, fluffy, trimmed coat and nails. She is kind and the best groomer for your pups.
