Reliable urgent childcare, can't be more grateful during the CUPE strike period. God bless Kids&Co.

This daycare is very bad. the teacher said to my daughter: I don't like you! My daughter was very sad. She told us about this repeatedly, and even yelled to go home when she was dreaming.We communicated this with their staff, and their attitude was so bad! It's not worth the monthly fee of $1,500 at all!It is strongly not recommended!

I am so very glad that my daughter was under the care of Ms. Adeola and Ms. Zainab in 2021. They both were such wonderful teachers. I loved how they work with the kids. They had so much warmth and are so gentle to the all of them equally. They carried out daily tasks in such a wonderful manner. Oh my the amount of cleaning they did I don't think I myself clean up so much after my child at home. I used to be so worried about my daughter's transition and would always be glued to the webcam and see her throughout the day.However, with the change in staff and fair performance of caregivers constantly every month since January 2022, it has gotten extremely chaotic and has put me in dilemma if I will continue my child till she starts kindergarten in September at our local public school.

Great team of staff! Always smiling and helpful, I am grateful for the love they showed for my son and my family.

KidsCo is a life-saver in this CUPE strike situation! Any working parent knows the scary feeling when you get an email 6:30am saying they school is closed due to strike. My kid is at JK level and must be attended by adults at all time. Thank god my husband's company is a partner with Kids Co and we can take advantage of the back-up child care services that Kids Co offered. We have attended Kids Co's daycare and know they are a trust-worthy child caregiver. So i wrote to KidsCo at 7am this morning asking if they can accomodate my kid today. Frankly i was not very hopeful but I got a call from KidsCo at 8:56am saying that they can offer me a childcare spot TODAY!! I can't say enough how grateful I am to Kids Co. You are really so thoughtful and so helpful for working parents! To be frank you are more reliable than my own mother when it comes to childcare! Thank you!!!

The best part are the wonderful ladies that work there!

My daughter had a great experience at the Cornwall location, and Tech town in Waterloo. The site administrators and Area Managers were fantastic and treated us very very well.
