Excellent and expertise dental service by Dr. Lam

I've been seeing Dr. Lam for over 25 years. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Lam is that he doesn't suggest any unnecessary treatments or charges and always does the right thing for his patients. I trust him!

Met this dentist 10 years ago. Before he is really good. But not anymore. His service goes completely down hill.2 of my tooth have cavities. He saw that, trying to claim them as birth mark/dirt, and refuse to work on them.

Dr Lam is always doing a great job! He has been taking care of my family for over twenty years. He always explain the procedure before he starts which is very reassuring. During the pandemic, his office looks well equipped and makes me feel very safe. Keep up the good work and it’s always a pleasure to return!

Been here the past few years. Dr Lam is great; has good bedside manner and the examinations rarely hurt even though I am very anxious when it comes to dental examinations. He talks to the patients and it's like seeing an old friend. However this year, 2 incidents have made me very disappointed in this practice. I called the office for an appointment for a somewhat urgent chipped tooth, but had to wait 2 weeks and call back in to -book- since he was on vacation. The other incident was when I booked 1 month in advance and the evening before the appt, they cancelled on me. This was 4 days before my wedding, the sole reason why I even needed a cleaning and they were not able to rebook me. I'm not sure I'd like to come here again for anything urgent =/

I've been taken care by Dr. Ho Lam and his team since I was a child. They've always been professional and amazing at what they do.During covid, they also increased their safety measures with new air purifiers, face shields and gowns on top of the PPE they've always used.Cash and debit only. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Dr Lam has been my dentist since 1997. I have regular dental cleaning every 6 months and since I have dental phobia, the only dentist I see is Dr Lam. When he put the local anesthesia needle"

I have seen Dr Lam since I was 3 years old .He takes care of my parents , my grandparents and my auntie's family's teeth. Dr Lam is very nice and he explains in detail about my treatment.

Been going to Dr Lam since I was a kid. 20 years later and I'm still here. Good friendly service and explains the procedures every single time even though I've been there for so long. I would recommend new patients here.
