Called Pat about my dishwasher and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. He was prompt, polite, and had my dishwasher fixed in no time at all. His prices are very reasonable. I'm very happy to find someone local who I can call to help out with my appliance issues.

Had a dishwasher issue of it not draining after the cycle. Pat definitely knows what he’s doing. He came in, got to work and it was fixed in like a half hour. Was able to get an appointment really fast. Much sooner than other service companies. And his prices are better than others I priced. Will use R&M for all future appliance repair needs!

Pat came out on a Saturday to fix our dishwasher. Just purchased it new with no warranty and my son fell on the door and bent the hinges causing the door not to close. Pat tried to bend the hinges back very carefully instead of putting new ones on, ran a cycle with no leak and the door closes all the way now. Thanks Pat! You were great to work with and saved me $$$! Highly recommend!

Customer service went above and beyond to help fix my appliance. After an extremely poor experience with a different service provider and a lengthy run around, I called and shared my dilemma with Deb. She was beyond compassionate and offered to send Pat on a Saturday who fixed our issue very quickly. Beyond grateful for this team. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

From the first call through the actual repair, everything was exceptional. Every step of the way they explained exactly what they would do, and did everything they said they said they would and on time. They were the only place in the area who offered to help me with an LG refrigerator repair (with an exception of one new company in the area that over promised and under performed and ended up telling me in the end they could not do the repairs). Highly recommended, which is not something I take lightly.

Deb was extremely helpful, kind, and honest in helping me navigate our appliance issue. As a new homeowner, she went out of her way to help me resolve my issue even though we won’t end up needing service at this time. But we will be calling in the future and recommending to all in the La Crosse area! Thanks!

Stay away. Will try to charge you to just clean" working parts versus actually fixing them. In door ice maker was working but after a week the ice would start to freeze up. Defrosted it and started over a few times. After no resolution decided there must be a water leak and wanted a professional to fix it.. called RM for a service visit. Came out and just cleaned the water intake and put it back together. Wanted to charge $110 to do this. After his service visit the device did not work at all. Completely stopped making ice. He made the problem worse. Called and he came back out and said would now need a new icemaker and would call with costs. Then didn't return calls for two weeks with any additional information. Was inconvenient

We have an LG fridge and had no one in the area that was willing to fix the compressor. Deb explained the whole process of how to get someone to fix it since it was still under warranty. She answered every phone call and email and made me feel like she really cared. I loved her honesty. What I appreciated the most was the fact that she helped me even when I had to use someone else to come fix my fridge. Kindness matters!

Can't speak highly enough of this business. Friendly, honest responsive and timely service. I was not on the schedule and called the day before to see what they had available as the other company I called left me hanging and needed to get the stove working for my tenant. The tech drove from Galesville to the south side and arrived at 7 pm to take a look at the stove. He explained the stove wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciated their willingness to help out on short notice and honesty.

Very courteous guy came...he called to let us know he was going to be a few minutes out of scheduled time. Explained what was needed thoroughly to us and when he would tentatively be back with new part...will call to set up another visit. Definitely would recommend to others.
