Extremely slow service and the staff is pretty unfriendly, but the cars and prices are decent.

Recenty, this location changed invoice and over charged me again and threatened collections. This Branch offers horrible service and truly the people at this branch are rude and ignorant. This branch is out to rip customers off for as much as they can.This Rental Location over charges after return of vehicle, very difficult getting the staff to return phone calls and they refused to give me a copy of bill after they over charged my card. No quality or customer service offered at this location, all about making money and sticking it to customers every chance they can. This is based on staff at this location and their response to my concerns. I suggest not using this location and always double checking rates before you rent at this location. The management is no better, only concerned with money and not working with customers to resolve issue's. these people at this location and budget corporate really stick it to customers every chance they can and over charge people and lie

Fantastic experience. The person who was assisting me was either the owner or the manger and felt like he was practically a saint. Last summer I rented a car from Budget at the Pearson location and ended up with a NIGHTMARE. Luckily, this man took the time to listen to my story and take care of my problem on behalf of Budget. He cared about my situation, and was super pleasant to my wife and daughter. He didn't have to do this. He made no money from this, but he cared about the company brand and future customers. He called the district manager, solved my nightmare of a problem with billing and a botched inspection on pick up (my fault, should have done it before I took the car). If it wasn't for him, my vacation would have sucked. I wish I remembered his name, but I believe he came from Somalia(?) years ago. Great guy, super service. Thank you so much. I will rent from your location each time, and every time I am in Windsor, On. This guy will forever stay in my mind as an example of what customer service should be.

Very bad experience. The staff are very rude and they just look for ways to charge more. They even threatened us by saying that all customers return the cars damaged anyway and must pay for it. After that we were charged 100 dollars more than than the receipt we got. I am very disappointed and I can't believe this actually happened!

Saw a board on the budget desk to approach Avis desk. So we went to AVIS. A complete nutjob was present at the Avis desk. Doesn't understand what we're speaking, speaks barely understandable English. He was very arrogant, rude and seemed like he was swearing at us in his regional language. When we asked him to give us 5 minutes to decide which car to choose, he was like... Ahh!! You take as much time you wanna take. I give you 1 hour. I'm gonna go wash car outside.. you guys wait till I come back after 1 hour." What the bloody heck!? It's not like you're saving the mankind. You're just working to feed yourself. No one's forcing you to work there.Never ever going to this brand."

I just rented a car through Budget. It was a great experience and all of the folks there were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. Thanks a lot!!

Nice people at the counter. Well maintained cars. Prompt service over phone during the rental period. I’ve had to extend my rental duration and it was done in 5 mins.

Has to be WORST experience I’ve had with a rental company. I paid for and reserved a Full Size car, they gave me an Elantra and refused to accept that their own website lists Elantra as an intermediate car. I was dropping off at a different location and the guy admitted that they like to keep nice cars for same city rentals so the car stays with their location. You are definitely better off booking with Enterprise/National, AVOID budget/Avis at all costs.
