Customer Service experience was amazing. Shout to Nate who helped me with my loafers (Not the one's with the pom pom's). And the lady who cashed us out was equally amazing. Thanks again!

I went to this Aldo branch to return a pair of heels and to hopefully find something that would be of smaller size. The woman at the register was very kind and informative through the return process! I couldn't catch her name but she had brown skin tone, long black hair and wore a moss green sweater.However, when I went to ask another assistant about getting a pair of sandals in a size 5, she initially did not respond at all, no eye contact, and continued to walk to the back room. I said excuse me a second time, and then she told me to wait a moment as she passed me. She was white, had hazel/gray eyes, long light brown hair and wore a black crop top and gray fleece. She got back to me in a few minutes to tell me there's no size other than 8. My mother went to ask a third assistant at the register about the sizes, and she was very informative, mentioning that the Bramelea store would have a size 5. She was asian and had long black hair. Left with mixed thoughts, but overall positive.

All 4-5 girls were standing together at one place every customer seek there for help but they don’t care about anyone in store just doing work gossip of i heard by my self zero professionalism zero work ethicsSaturday 8:07 pm

Rudest ever teenager at the till this morning. Refused to give an extra bag despite repeated (gentle, kind) requests. We explained that we need it to give a separate gift to someone but she was absolutely disgusting in how she refused. She said no even when we said we are willing to pay for it. Astounding customer service, will probably never buy from Aldo again. We expected better.

Great Staff. Kind and helpful. Went there today (Boxing day). Got help from a very helpful and polite guy Nate who helped us get fresh pieces from the backroom without us asking for it. Made my shopping better

The service at Aldo’s was amazing! Two people helped me find shoes and even showed me inserts that make them SO comfortable. I have been looking for the perfect pair of heels for a week and I finally found them! I also found a really nice bag for a great price. I will definitely go back the Aldo’s if I need anything else in the future!

Horrible experience here. I have bought this shoes in the store for shipping because was not available in Toronto outlets. I have received just one shoe in the box. Seems after calling that they are unable to send the other shoe and I have to go to aldo to return them. It's amazing.UPDATE: After a couple days arguing with aldo by Twitter, they have sent a replacement shoes. Thanks a lot!

Very nice and welcoming staff. Great products on sale too. You also get a 15% discount if you give them your email and be an aldo member.

Small store and lots of things mainly for women. They sell sunglasses, bags, purses, shoes, gloves, hats and many more. When we were shopping, we noticed the staff hanging out together. Sounds like they are bored.
