Golf 88

A while ago, I had my clubs shortened, regripped, and the lies adjusted. Although I was fairly certain about the specs that I wanted, the manager Mohit brought me to the swing room to really test out the spec on demo clubs before the work was done on my own to make sure that I was 100% certain I wanted the change. From the testing, it showed I needed the clubs to be shortened less than what I initially wanted.The price on the quote was higher than what was advertised on the window of the pro shop, but Mohit honored the lower price. The work was done fairly fast and of good quality. I had an awesome experience, and the customer service was top notch.Thank you Mohit and the Golf88 team, I will definitely swing by again and recommend you guys to others!

I've probably received the best customer service of my life at this Golf shop and its raised the standard of what I though possible.As a rookie golfer, I came in when I ended up breaking one of the adjustment rings on my driver. I had recently purchased the driver and wanted to continue to use it this golf season. Eric in the service shop mentioned that he might have a spare part at his house. In less then 24 hours I had the part fixed and all my rookie questions answered about fit, fittings, and clubs. Both Dave & Eric in the shop are super knowledgable and go above and beyond when they could easily just do a good job and have a happy customer.This is the kind of place that you want to go if you want to be taken care of. They understand the value of lifetime customers and want everyone, even a rookie like me, to understand and enjoy the game.Whatever your golf need is, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

They really need to discipline your staff not to use the phone number that female client used to register accounts and contact client personally without their consent which is violating customer’s privacy! Show respect and professional.

pretty straight forward purchase of a new pair of golf shoes. they even price matched the sale from golf town which i appreciated.

Phenomenal service, I stoped in on my way home the other day and was immediately greeted by Eric. I explained that I was in the market for a putter in the next few months but not looking for anything immediate. Eric went above and beyond showing my around the store and explaining all the services that they offer (I look forward to booking a swing analysis in the next few weeks). The whole time I was at the store I never once felt pressured or pushed to purchase anything, which I really appreciated.All together it seems like an awesome spot, prices seem very fair and service is next level. All this combined with a very clean and sleek layout created a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of clubs and gear. I got my Irons and wedges here last year and a new sun mountain cart just yesterday Club fitting (last year)was very thorough.I would much rather support these guys than Golf Town.

Update Mar 24, 2023 (3->5 stars)I ended up booking swing analysis for my father at Golf88 for his birthday and I must say, I was impressed. When we arrived, we were treated very well, and the manager even reached out regarding my review below to apologize and offered to comp the swing analysis session. This was totally unexpected and an incredible gesture, especially since I had never reached out directly about my experience and somehow they just knew. Incredible customer service, thank you for that!The swing analysis itself was great! My father learned a lot about his swing, and Fritz gave some great tips to help him build some power and consistency in his swing. Hats off to Fritz for making the experience a positive one.Once my father has his swing where he wants it to be, we'll definitely be back for a club fitting. I would highly recommend choosing Golf88 for their fitting/lessons!---------------------------------------The store itself is nice. Sales person was helpful and helped us demo clubs. I was interested in looking at club fitting and swing analysis as a gift for my fathers birthday, and the salesperson didn’t have the answers to our questions and asked us to wait for the manager. So we waiting for almost an hour while the manager was busy. We never intruded or even said anything while he was with someone. Afterwards,, when the manager finished with who he was with and even walked the person out the door, my father asked, “hey do you have a moment to chat for a moment?” And the manager immediately said, “no, I’m not free.”. We asked again, as we were quite stunned how someone could respond like that after we waited patiently so long, and he again said, “I don’t have a moment, but how can I help?”. We ended up getting the answers to our questions, but my father and I were immediately put off with how little care the manager had “his sales people cared more about us and customer service than he was”. Hey, maybe caught him on a bad day, but club fitting and lessons are lucrative business, and my father is interested in quite high end clubs. Found it very odd and we left with a sour taste in our mouth despite lower pricing than their competitors.----

Nice golf shop with a lot of selections. It's pricey but golf is expensive period. I was looking for a TM lady glove but the selection is a quarter of what they have for men.

Great Experience!!!I took my clubs in to be shortened and regripped. The folks here did a fantastic job from start to finish. They explained the pros and cons of my decision and how it will affect my play. My clubs were ready in a timely manner and the work done was exceptional. After my first round of play, I can say their advice was bang on! Thank you for this great experience and looking forward to more great rounds of golf with my custom clubs and visiting this store more often.

Thank you Alex we had an amazing experience! We got an awesome Taylor made set from Alex we tried a variety of different clubs and brands and Alex was very patient and explained everything to us. So excited to his the course this year!
