Overall high prices and terrible service. Telus has basically taken over every small operation and made it a corporate policy to rip off its customers. Miserable time trying to ever get anyone on the phone.

I've been trying to contact someone, anyone, here on behalf of our strata because we need help with our system. It's been almost a month, all I've gotten was one message at 3:51 pm on a Friday telling me to call back before 4 pm... can't recommend.
