Terrible. I had a car booking confirmed, but then received an email to notify they cancelled it 2 days before the date I was due to pick it up. No reason or explanation given and no alternative options. Would never recommend using this office if you want the peace of mind that your booking won't be cancelled last minute.

Kept my wife waiting 30 minutes, for a quick clean, for a car, which we thought was supposed to be ready upon arrival.

The team here are phenomenal. When I went in to return my rental they actually offered to give me a ride back to where I was going. Very professional and friendly staff with thorough knowledge of their procedures. Went to convert my airport rental and the team worked together to get me on my way. Top notch service!!

Great Place to Rent a vehicle, customer service and a overall positive experience is clearly their priority.Iv been renting car for over two years now,so iv got to interact alot with the car rental reps/employees. I must say Daniel went above and beyond. While handling my rental not only was she very professional, but after getting a flat tire, Daniel actually went out of her way to come back to the office even tho they had closed for the day and put me in a new car so I didn't have to be left waiting for a tow truck or them to open again in the morning. She was genuinely happy to help me and I couldn't recommend this place more.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Check in and out was super quick. It took less than 5 minutes for each! The staff was amazing. This is now my choice rental place.

After having a bad accident with my car, I ordered a rental car for this morning at 8:00am. My taxi arrived to take me to Enterprise, just as I was leaving Ent called to say they had no vehicle available, even though they confirmed the rental and pick up time etc. last night and in writing.If you absolutely need a rental car, don’t go to Enterprise, they do not tell the truth, and will tell you they have a car for you when they really don’t.

Was looking to rent a minivan for two days and none of the Enterprise locations in Ottawa had one available even though I booked two weeks in advance, I was upgraded to SUV at Kanata location which I had to accept reluctantly, called the CARLETON place location and they got me a minivan from smiths falls and were able to switch the SUV for a minivan. Huge shout out to Vanessa for getting us the minivan and making the whole process a very efficient, hassle free and wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience with this business. I recommend them.I was forced to rent a car when mine broke down during an ice storm that also cut power to the garage fixing my car. Then I got covid. They took it all in stride with patience. They adjusted the plan I had to accommodate the changing circumstances and even routed calls to a personal cell phone when all the business phones were out during the storm. Many businesses lack the human touch: not this one.
