Good food.Curry was very good. Beef Brisket was not too chewy but can be better.Beef Pho was very good.Spicy beef rice noodle was also very good. The rice noodle is a bit brittle that breaks when you pick up with chopsticksEnvironment ok.

Gem of a restaurant listed in a small mall called Richlane, unfortunately half the shops appear to be closed/out of business.Tuesday afternoon and the restaurant was full so I knew I made the right decision.Food portions are very generous.The beef satay noodles were excellent, peanutty & slightly spicy soup base, tender slices of beef with perfectly cooked noodles.Curry beef brisket was tender and abundant with a huge side of crispy roti, so much I needed to take half of it home to enjoy.Highly recommended if you're a beef satay aficionado.

For those who love Vietnamese food. I would recommend this restaurant because the food quality is very well maintained (tasty), big portion & price are reasonable!!!Waitresses are friendly!!I have been a fan for the past few years & still enjoy their famous noodles soup & few other spicy chicken curry/rice….and much more ❤️Give yourself a try!

Used to be one of my favourite places for South East Asian food but the quality seems to have gone down. Most of the Vietnamese dishes are average. The iced coffee is still good and the naan and curry are still excellent. Service is usually good. If going to any of the food places in this plaza remember that the restrooms are not directly accessible from most of the restaurants. You have to go to the restrooms near the access to the underground parking.

This place has been around for a long time and they have definitely done a good job of making the place more efficient over the years. Good place to get a quick bowl of pho at a reasonable price. A large house special soup comes out to about $18 or $19 after tax and tip. My friends and I come here often for its consistency and familiarity!Just to note they only accept cash and debit.

3 stars for their foods, 1 star for the seating environment and 2 stars for the price. I would say their food is not bad at all but the seating environment has been the same for the past 10-15 years i guess. No change but price has changed significantlly. Perhaps I haven’t been here for long but last time I came food was pretty cheap compared to others so I would come here and have a sit down lunch or dinner. Although their food is fine, but with the price on the menu and an extra $0.5 for takeaway box (which is a good thing for the environment, but bad that they don’t mention it when i asked for it), I think I probably will not come here again. What’s good? Their curry is pretty good and the house fried noodles or the fried rice is always the best. Also the roti is pretty good too. Again, if you don’t mind the seating environment then sure come for it, but these items are like $13.95... or curry rice.. price as shown in the pics.. well, not many choices within this so-called haunted plaza. enjoy.

It was a lunch time ther. Food is good. Roti was good, ordered it with curry chicken. Vietnamese pho. Vermicelli with beef and springroll. All good.Service was fine.Recommended.

Love the Beef Satay Noodle Soup! No complaints on any of the food we ordered. From curry fish balls, spring rolls, to the Vietnamese style coffee. And the price is reasonable too. We live in Oshawa and would take a trip to Richmond Hill for this place.

Large pho is quite big relative to other pho restaurants. Been here quite a few times prior to pandemic. Pho and broth usually pretty good.
