This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never have I known a nail salon to not care if they lose business or not. I was convinced to get bio gel instead of acrylic which is $20 more. Then I showed them a picture and they said they could achieve the same look. When they began I said it didn’t look the same and the insisted they couldn’t do it the way I wanted which was confusing since they initially said they could.. anyways I said it was fine and let them finish. When I got home I noticed a chip which was strange since the convinced me to also pay extra for shellac so it lasted longer. I had to go back and get them to fix the one nail. I wasn’t happy with the way they looked as they didn’t go far enough down and they already looked partially grown out. I had a wedding that weekend so I went back on the Monday and asked them to either fix them so they looked fresher or give me a refund. They refused to do either and told me it was like that because I had “small nail beds.” So I then asked them why they encouraged me to get fake nails and especially why they encouraged me to get bio gel which is more expensive if they knew I had small nail beds and it wouldn’t work? She ended up walking away from me denying me service of repair or refund. Plus, wasn’t upset at the fact I said they would lose my business if they failed to make me happy. Anyways, never going back there. I would rather give my money to a business who is honest and actually cares about the happiness of their clients. I have attached photos of my nails 1 week to the day I got them on... you tell me these look good...

Terrible service. I got a mani/pedi. The water for the pedicure was lukewarm and the nail tech was rude and acted surprised when I asked for hot water. After the pedicure, I wanted to put flip flops on before walking across the filthy floor to get my manicure. The nail tech was somehow offended by this. Then, after aggressively preparing my nails for a manicure, I tried to wash my hands. The nail tech got angry - she said I shouldn't do that - and when I insisted, she then moved on to someone else to start their pedicure. The nail tech beside me, who was with someone else, then proceeds to start painting my nails. Doesn't wash her hands, doesn't acknowledge anything that's happening.Outside of terrible service - that is absolutely disgusting. No regard for sanitation or customer satisfaction. Will never return.

The associate working" on my feet was rude and left my feet undone. She left the majority of my nails unclipped and my heals unfinished."

I came in to get my nails removed and from the start everyone was rude. The lady working with me clearly didn't know what she was doing and was hacking away at my nails trying to physically rip them off rather than soak them in acetone or file them down. After finally getting off one hand 20, my nail was gushing blood, I was in extreme pain, and at that point I had barely any of my real nail left from her ripping off my real nail with the acrylics. I was in so much pain I ended up just telling her to stop, and they still made me pay for the service. I went to another salon down the road and they had the rest painlessly taken off within 10 minutes. They clearly do not respect their customers here and you are so much better off just completely avoiding this place.

I booked an appointment for 2 and they were extremely late for the appointment. The woman who did my nails was very rude the entire time. When I was sitting for my nails to dry she was late checking on me longer then she said. When she was helping me put my shoes back on she scratched my shoe on my nail which cause the paint to chip and started blaming me. She then proceeded to push the paint chip back into place so there were finger prints on the mail and a chip and say it was fixed. I asked for her to fix it properly by repainting it and she agreed but continued to blame me and the flip flops I was wearing. Overall will not go there again very rude staff.

I will never go here again. I showed a picture of how I wanted the acrylics to look and she gave me the wrong shape of the nail, didn’t clean up my nails or give me a manicure when I paid for a manicure, she just started glueing the tips on. I paid $85 which is absurd and they look awful. I called later that day and was very polite about how I was not happy with them and considering I paid a lot of money I want to love them. The girl who did my nails said I had to come in the afternoon the next day and I said I couldn’t because I work and then she hung up on me. I’m not one who likes conflict so I never addressed the situation further. Such bad service here, there’s a reason why most of their reviews are rated so low.

Went here in December 2019 with my cousin. we had an appointment and we were served 10 minutes before our appointment time. It took only 30 minutes to get my acrylic nails done and they did a good job! They had over 200 colours to choose from, lots of pastels and almost every colour shade possible. I would definitely come back here again, occasionally since I am from mississauga.

I've been getting my nails done here for 2 years. Cathy is my go to girl but everyone is great. Clean place, good prices and always friendly.

I do not tend to leave reviews, even if I’m dissatisfied, but I feel like after today I had to leave a review. I came in just for a removal. The nail tec started trying to hack my nail off without even filing off the colour. I said if I wanted that I would have just ripped them off myself. She said it would take too long to file them off but I’ve never had them removed this way before. She then tried to convince me that they were not coming off easily because I should do another refill, but I always get them off at this length and refused. After I insisted she filed them, she did file them a little bit but not enough and continued hacking at my nails. It was hurting a lot so I asked if she could stop doing that and only file them down. She then filed my one nail very aggressively and way too far. I walked out and didn’t let her finish. This is the worst nail service I have ever had. I then walked to the nail place beside shoppers and asked them to finish the job (I was very impressed with them). My one hand that wasn’t touched by this place came off easy and pain free as they didn’t try to hack it off. But the other hand was very hard to get off due to the damage from this place. Never come here for a removal. I feel bad leaving a bad review but 4 hours later two of my nails still hurt.
