I bought a 2014 Mercedes CLA from crown automobile on August 2019 and have been nothing short of happy.Roy and Sam are the most honest and trustworthy car dealers you would ever find. No push, no rush, no hidden fees, no fake car reports, man! These guys will go far in this business because they’re selling good stuff for great prices and they know it!More than happy to have bought from these guys because now, one year down the line, this car is problem free, reliable and still as advertised.Thank you guys for your advise, patience and understanding, definitely coming back to you when I need a Tesla!

I am giving review, almost after using the car for a year. I bought Honda Odyssey from them. The dealing was good and plans to go on finance are more flexible than any other dealerships out there. The car is going good as expected from battery to tires. They delivered the quality what they were actually showing. I will recommend.. If you like anything in inventory, go visit them and then compare it in market.

I purchased a 2019 RAV4 LE FWD from here recently. My last car was a small sedan I inherited from my grandfather and it no longer felt safe or large enough for my growing family.Buying a car from Crown Automobile was a great experience. This is the first time I purchased a car and I was nervous, but Roy was very easy to work with. I don't know a lot about cars, so I put a significant amount of trust in Roy to provide accurate information. I found him to be friendly, honest, reasonable, and helpful.When it came to pricing, there were no surprises. The car had extremely low mileage for a used car (under 40k km), but it was priced significantly lower than market because it had been in a small accident. Roy was very honest about all the details regarding the accident and the car's previous ownership. The price (including trade-in value) was incredibly fair and I felt no need to negotiate.Cosmetically, the quality of the repair is excellent. You wouldn't know the car was in an accident by looking at it. In terms of performance, the car is functioning well as promised. No perceptible performance issues.It's a used vehicle, so of course there was minor wear and tear to the exterior, but Roy took care of most blemishes. When I first looked at the vehicle at the showroom, Roy pointed out a few minor scratches and dents around the body and said he would get them removed before he sold me the car and he did.My family has been enjoying the car without issues.
