I can't say enough good things about my shopping experience at this particular Visions Location. Steve made shopping a pleasure - Friendly, Knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor- which I very much appreciated.

Steve helped me find my Kenwood DMX 809s for my Subaru. Extremely good customer service with answers to all my questions, was willing to help and advise as to how I should mount certain audio hardware. And not to mention he also gave me an incredible deal I could not pass up. Overall a great experience, definitely will be back when I decide to get into a more intricate sound system.

Shout out to Nathan S We visited visions electronics today for a TV wall mount. The store manager Nathan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wall mount at the cheapest price. He also helped us find a speaker that we we had on our wish list….. again at an amazing price. Two great deals too wonder to pass up. He saved me over $120 dollars.. Nathan S. assisted us with a beautiful smile and a super positive attitude. Our overall experience was amazing. I called Home immediately to tell my husband about the wonder service and great deals. We will definitely go back for all of our electronic needs!

I would not recommend this store to anyone from its shady return policy to the rude staff.Purchased a pair of Klipsch headphones that when I opened I found they were broken (literally broke in 1/2) I went back to the store to have a sign flashed to my face that said “no returns on in ear headphones due to hygiene” “I said I’m not returning because I don’t like them I’m returning because they are clearly defective and I don’t want an exchange because I purchased others” salesmen said it’s not his decision and carried on and on - I asked him to get me the person that can make the decision and was greeted by an even ruder managerVisions Sherwood Park you have just lost a customer who spent several thousand $ with you last year.

Friendly people but Terrible service!! Phoned store to question if they had an item on hand, sales person said yes. Drove from out of town to find out they did not have the item but something similar. Disappointed. They then asked if I wanted to order correct item, so i did. Told 5-10 days. Phone each week and got different answers, from (two weeks in..) item still hadn’t been shipped. (Four weeks in..) item shows shipped but can’t be traced. (7th week in…) told item discontinued and come get my money back!!!!! Ridiculous!!! Will never shop this location again, nor recommend it to anyone! Terrible experience and Visions did not offer any type of compensation…after waiting 46 days and then no product.

Went in for an amp for my truck, I don't usually write reviews but I talked to Steve in the automotive audio department and he was amazing. Went over my setup with me and helped me with every question I had. Wouldn't go to any other Visions in Edmonton.

Awesome service as per usual. They always go above and beyond for their customers, and dogs are welcome in the store.

This store have great selection of products especially when similar products have been sold out in their Edmonton stores.They have affordable prices and you may get good bargain if you negotiate very well with the staffs.Good customer service and very knowledgeable staffs as well. Great place to shop for anything electronics.....

David went above and beyond helping locate a receipt and have it emailed to me for a warranty issue I was having. Very pleasant and took the time to ensure every detail was handled correctly. Super impressed with this level of service!

Nick was great prior to and during purchase. The answers he did not know he researched or went to the store manager for answers which I appreciated. He was always helpful and respectful. I received an email less than 24 hours prior to the delivery of my item which did not give much notice to plan for. Panasonic handles their own deliveries and I hope visions forwards this review to the company to provide better service on their end. The delivery was booked for a 3 hour time frame but was over an hour late even though trans source confirmed delivery in 15 minutes. Nick told me the delivery company would deliver inside my home to the desired location but the delivery guys said it was threshold delivery only meaning the first dry location which would have been garage. Thankfully I begged them and pretty pleased them to unpack and bring it inside which they didI highly suggest Panasonic and visions find a different delivery company. The guys were very friendly and nice but left all the boxes and packaging material outside my door. I called visions and to my surprise the lady I spoke with, michelle? Said she would come and clean up all the packaging and so she did, along with another coworker named David. I was incredibly impressed by this and both of their kindness and dedication. I did feel that Nick should have been part of this. The store manager was aware of everything and i believe he too is doing a fantastic job with hiring great, really nice people, training them on great customer service and providing them with the support needed. Overall great experience with highly recommend to everybody! I know I'm not spelling your name right Michelle, and sorry, but thank you again. Immediately you made the offer to help me out if kindness with no prompting from anyone and on your own time. It's kindness like this that makes you an amazing human being and I hope this kindness comes back to you and David 10 fold. ❤❤❤
