Where do I begin with Manos Handyman services! 100% recommend to anyone. Manos has done everything on a reno project for us from building closets, drywall work and painting, removing ceramic tile floor and re-flooring with vinyl, installing kitchen back-splash, fixing a dangerously sloped stairwell levelling nosing, and re-framing doorways to install fire doors. He seems to have expertise in all areas, works quickly, cleans up after himself and prides himself on making sure client expectations are met. I'm not going to anyone else for any future projects!

I can't rave about Manny and his team enough. I have used his services on 5 occasions and every time I have been super-impressed with his work, he does the job when he says he will, completes it in a timely manner and cleans up everything at the end—very impressive.Recently I asked Manny on short notice to demolish and rebuild a 48ft long fence in my backyard, he quoted and gave me a start date/timeline within a few hours. Suffice to say he got the job and has just completed the fence, which is awesome—see photos below. Thank you Manny and Mister Greg, will definitely have you back for more jobs.

We asked manos to do some drywall to cover our hvac lines running through the house and build a new heating duct for our puppies room. He was prompt, efficient and did the job in less than one day and as always at a very reasonable price ($600). Will always go to manos for all of our contracting needs. In the past he has done our deck, our fence, dog door and insulation.... always fast, highest quality and always a good price.

This is the 3rd time I've called on Manos for help.There was a leak in an upstairs bathroom that was causing damage to the main floor. Manos replaced the toiler, recaulked and sealed all the gaps in the bathroom floor, updated the grout and fixed the wall and the ceiling on the main floor as well.His efficiency and reasonable price point makes him stand out above the rest. I have been very happy to contract Manos for several home jobs. He and his team did excellent concrete and parging work for us by repairing our porch, the steps, and pouring a new walk pad and driveway (this happened just as the Raptors won, so in honour of the victory I asked him to cut a basketball pattern on the driveway and he etched it perfectly). Manos also did an extensive and thorough demo job for us. Any time I checked on them, his team was hard at work and Manos was always setting a strong pace for them to keep up with. Manos has done some other challenging work for us too and while he does so I hear him say 'Better do it right. He has proven to us many times that he works with integrity. Manos is not just a handyman. That is quite an understatement. He is an observant

Manos always does a great job—he is thorough and knowledgeable and works fast. He’s done two big jobs for us so far and we’ve been pleased both times with the results.My only complaint (and I’ve heard this from my tenants and neighbours) is that he doesn’t give us advance notice of his schedule. That is, we are never sure when he’s planning to show up to begin the job, how access to the property might be required or impaired or how long the job will take.Better communication would help, especially when people’s home lives are effected by the work. Having said that, I will definitely call upon Manos again for our next project.
