Mr. Lube + Tires

When coming in I was greeted with big smiles by skyler and JR . They worked quickly and efficiently and both were very knowledgeable. I was extremely excited to see three people working on my vehicle with such urgency and care. I highly recommend this place if you need an oil change or tire repair. I thank tracy for helping me out noticing that it was the valve stem leak while I was on the road. She recommended I try her place of work. After this service I definitely will be coming back . Thank you also goes to the manager Curtis.

Owe a couple particularly wonderful businesses long overdue reviews. This is one of them. Mr Lube is surprisingly great for quality of service in my experience. This store in particular. The men and women who work here are real professionals. Very good at what they do, and genuinely courteous and thoughtful. Curtis, the manager of the store is simply excellent to deal with. He has gone above and beyond to help on more than one occasion. I cant thank him and his staff enough. Aside from excellence in customer service was very impressed with how Curtis looks out for his employees and creates a work environment that you can tell his staff are glad to be a part of. Thank you again to everyone here.

Had my tire change, Jessie and Curtis were amazing. They were very helpful and looked everything not only the tires. The job was done really quick and didn't have to wait for single moment.

This is some of the best customer service I have received at any business.The manager Ken is the reason that I use Mr.Lube for my oil changes. He was the first guy that I met at a Mr. lube my first time and he made me feel so welcomed that it is a pleasure to see him every time I go.From the way he talks to his customer and to his employees I can tell he really cares about the work environment he creates. His positivity carries over to his employees who were very pleasant to talk to. Josh who helped me on my car, along with the young lady (who I forgot to grab her name) who greeted me when I drove up we’re both exceptional not only at knowing what my car needed but with their customer service skills.Well done everyone at 644 Wellington rd, London Mr.Lube.

I stopped for an oil change and was met with an amazing team that offered quick and professional service. The owner, Jeff as well as the manager, Curtis noticed my barely functional wipers and offered to replace them through their recent promotion! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond for my service. I will absolutely be a return customer. The entire team made my morning.Thank you guys!

Located on Commissioners and Wellington, Mr. Lube is offering services such as oil change, transmission liquid change, and other related services. In addition offers tire services. It was not waiting time, our service was in the second aisle. Personal direct us until we stop the engine. Check other fluids, filters such as air filter for cabinet and engine filter. Check tires, battery etc. Provided cold water. Services were super. Thank you Mike and team

I just tried Mr. Lube for the first time and was so happy with the experience. I don't have a ton of car knowledge and was nervous to go, but the owner (?) Curtis was very helpful and upfront about everything. I appreciated how quick and easy it was to have my tires and oil changed at the same time. I went at 4:30pm when it was 32C outside and really appreciated the friendly service despite the heat. Will definitely be going back :)

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Went for an oil change. Just a simple oil change. They make you sit in your car while they have a bunch of young kids (mechanics) go around you car and rip on things and pull things off your car. Told me I need all this work done and I said I wanted just a simple oil change. The next couple of days my car starts making a weird noise. Turns out my exhaust system is magically broken now and legit falling apart. They give you a breakdown of what needs to be fixed before you leave. That wasn’t one of the things that they said needed to be fixed but turns out it was ripped right off. Please do not go here. Save your money from fraud.
