The place was small and very smelly. The cashier didnt speak english so it was very hard to communicate .

Upon entering to ask for a refund on hair bundle packages I had bought the day prior, the staff member was on his phone and appeared to be upset that I was disturbing his personal time while he was on the clock.When I was given a moment of attention finally I was rudely told due to Covid, they were not accepting returns. Zero empathy, not I’m sorry.I used to shop here often for hair extensions products but after this experience will not be returning especially considering their price gouging as it is - their service should be top tier.Do better Sudbury tropical market.

Place was not the cleanest but the staff there truly know there stuff wean it comes to hair care there honest trusting and will not sell you anything you don't need this is a true gemstone in the city of sudbury and all there hair products are from Toronto so you get only the best products at the lowest price will definitely recommend to go for all your hair care needs
