Fix your EV charging. If you’re going to promote yourselves as a a green energy location with a solar panel and say you offer EV charging, you may want to make sure your charging stations actually work. It’s a farce.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom regarding TD's terrible customer service.My mom was told she needed to make an appointment with an advisor in order to close an account and transfer the funds to another bank. She wanted me to go with her so I worked my schedule around it; I live 2.5 hrs out of town. The appointment, in late December, was cancelled the day of with no reason provided and we were told another appointment wouldn't be possible until mid January.Trying to get things done as quickly as possible, my mom made an appointment at another location to go on her own. She showed up, 'checked in', and waited for a full 30 minutes before she finally left. The advisor with whom she was supposed to have the appointment could see her waiting but continued to talk to her current client about pets, his day, etc. without acknowledging my mom.My mom made a third appointment, back at this location. She went in on Monday, closed the account and was told by the advisor that a cheque would be waiting for her within 1-2 days and that they would give her a call when it was ready. She hadn't heard from them by Friday, so she gave them a call. The advisor said they'd been busy and that he would have it for her by Monday. On Monday afternoon at 330pm, my mom called again. The advisor wasn't in office and she was told by someone else in the office that there was no cheque waiting for her.

Horrendous service, there was only one person in line infront of me and I somehow still ended up waiting 30 minutes. There is also a massive line behind me now as well. No priority on customer care.

Went in with the intent on opening opening an account. Unfortunately on a Saturday (which they tout banking IS possible) no one was able to help me? Perhaps it's short staffed, but from a corporate perspective.... That bank just lost money, not gained. Why would I want to bank on something that doesn't care about new business? How am I supposed to feel confident that the JD power CS award is of any merit? Maybe other branches are convenient? I just opened with CIBC. 2 minute walk away :)

Stopped in here to make a deposit on a Sunday afternoon. The inside lobby with the Green Machines was locked up. I guess you can't use them if the branch is closed. Oh, well, we also have a BMO account and they received our money about 10 minutes later - their lobby is conventionally accessible!.

branch was closed from shutdown until this past week, despite opening other select branches". inside ATM has been closed for a while

I am a reluctant customer of this location solely due to the corporate decision to close my home town branch. When TD talks of comfortable and convenient banking, in my case, this is not true. I knew the people that worked at my home branch by first name, seldom waited in line for service, and I didn't have to set aside hours for a meeting. One could call those good old days". My branch was 5 min away. So the long and the short of my experience at TD is one of tolerated inconvenience. Much of my life is easier and faster

A lot of people around here seem to need to bank in person as it tends to be busy here all the time. The parking lot, which isn't small for a bank had no more space out front. The back however has some partially shaded spots which is nice.They offer free WiFi, however, connecting to it did no work.

Have been with TD since I opened my first account at age 12. I have not received a valid response to concerns about TD investing my money in fossil fuel projects and companies that directly contribute to global warming and extreme weather (unliveable heat, flooding, drought, wildfires). Instead of dealing with the concern, the response is greenwashed: talking about how much money TD donates and invests in renewable energy sources. When you compare, there are billions more spent on fossil fuel projects. Cutting our greenhouse gas emissions is a real and immediate issue. TD needs to get on board.
