Roz and her team at the spa are great! I've been here personally for multiple relaxation messages and have fallen asleep during each one...ahhhh I think I need to go back already! They are very friendly and know what they are doing. I have also purchased sessions for family and friends and all have come back happy. I highly recommend stopping by / booking a session!

Had the Relaxation Massage Package" - it was incredibly relaxing. The spa is clean and the staff friendly but the location itself doesn't seem entirely equipped to provide the calibre of relaxation that they strive for. The walls seem thin

Wonderful spa experience! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Merickville with a spa treat (his first gentleman’s pedicure and I got a fabulous facial). Friendly, relaxing, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Waxing was horrible. Badly bruised and hair not removed properly or not at all. No attention to detail when doing manicures and pedicures. Ragged cuticles and using polish that is old and does not go on properly. Very disappointed in the services offered at this spa. Not worth the drive to Merrickville.

I have to agree with the lack of attention. Went with a friend for a pedicure, and the girl doing my feet couldn't concentrate. The reception and area for manicures/pedicures is all one big room, so any time somebody came in, off she went. Or she'd remember she had to do something. The one big room is not relaxing. The dancing back and forth took away from the personal attention.
