Dr. C. Grady O'Neill

I'm Autistic to understand my review. Dr O'Grady talk with a very caring voice explaining exactly what he is going to do so without that it would be like any other office. The lady assisting gave me sunglasses for the glare with was a bonus and also helped me get through it, explaining everything..If I had to critique, which would be why only the 4 stars, it would be that for an Autistic person, the patterns and colours are too busy in the front room making it hard to relax. There should be also be headphones given to us with ability to watch tv or music channel to block other sounds like the buzzing lights, others talking down the hall, drawers opening and so on.If I wouldn't have mentioned the light sensitivity the glasses wouldn't have been offered

I've seen Dr O'Neill twice on consultations. Both times he was kind, he listened and did not do unnecessary work. My last visit he carefully explained my options and removed an infected tooth with no pain and limited anxiety. I'd go to him again!

Dr O'Neill took care of an implant I needed last year. I had an emergency extraction that they were able to accommodate for me and I started the implant process. Dr O'Neill explained the procedure step by step and made sure all my questions were answered before starting an procedure. I felt well cared for in their office and during my treatment.

My mom has been twice to Dr. O'Neil for extraction and implant placement. Dr. O Neil was highly skilled in his technique, wonderful in the care given to my 91-year-old mother, and very professional. The office staff was friendly and professional. We would not go anywhere else! I highly recommend this office and Dr. O'Neil.

I've had work done by Dr O'Neill twice in the last 10 years. The most recent time went very well. He personally phoned me at 7pm the day I had my procedure done to check in on how I was doing. He is very thorough and values his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neill to anyone needing any periodontal work. The front desk staff are also awesome!

I came here to review Dr,Oniell , he is just such an amazing dentist. He works in the hardest most painful field of dentistry and he really puts me at ease and makes be really feel taken care of. It might take a while to get in to see him. But there is a reason for that . Just simply amazing and I have to highly recommend!

He's The Best!Extremely skilful, a compassionate and sensitive manner with patients and a very well-equipped practice with great staff too. When my loose tooth turned out to be broken, he made time in a very busy day to extract it and plant an implant.Many dentists would have booked an appointment later to deal with it.

I was so nervous to go for my dental work. Dr O’Neill put me at ease for my procedure and did an excellent job on my extractions and implants. I felt in good hand with him and his very capable team. Thank you for a job well done and for being so kind.

Kind, thorough & fantastic bedside manner. I have had a lot of negative and scary dental experiences that make me extremely nervous when going into procedures that are new, Dr. O'Neil and assistant (Linda) were very patient, calming and understanding. They gave me as much information as I wanted during every step of my procedure (dental implant). He personally followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was going smoothly with my recovery. Every health care professional should take note, this is how you treat patients!

If you need scary work done on your teeth, this is the Doctor you want to see. His office staff are efficient and very nice and you get in on time. Dr. O'Neil is an excellent communicator and takes the time to ask you questions and make sure you understand what he is telling you. He gives advice that is in your best interests, not his. He gives you his cell phone number and encourages you to call anytime with questions! He personally called me the day after my procedure to make sure I was doing OK and to see if I had any questions!
