Underground Escape - Escape Rooms Lethbridge

This is a great place for a 11 year old birthday party. The staff took such good care of us, making it fun for everyone! Dr K’s 3 was such fun, with lots of exciting puzzles to keep it interesting but the kids finished in the knick of time. Johnny Beans also treated us well by having delicious cruffins as the party treat. Overall a great time!

Thank you for the wonderful time! The puzzles were sure puzzling! we didn’t make it out in time and were sadly shot by a funky alien. But the thing that makes this place so special is that we all still had an absolute wonderful time regardless at our abilities to sort through the clues. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and patient, and to throw in some personalized touches into your experience to make it EVEN better. The room was thoughtfully decorated to perfection. You can truly tell everyone who contributes to this business is passionate about leaving people with a smile on their face! So moral of the story, don’t take yourself too seriously, the most crucial part of escape rooms is having fun! (Sorry for leaving it a chaotic mess lol)

Did the Egyptian room with my family (adult to age 9) and it was great. The staff were fun and friendly! It was our first escape room and they made us feel very welcome.

So much fun! The room was great, lots of fun things to interact with and good puzzles. Our host Matt was phenomenal, got into character, was very nice and funny. Will go back to this escape room, try all their rooms before wanting to go to another one just because the experience felt catered to us and so enjoyable. Also side note, it smells amazing from the coffee house upstairs where you can sometimes get a treat after :)

Where do I start!!? My partner and I have recently caught the escape room ‘bug’ and have been traveling to cities in Alberta and Saskatchewan to fulfill our addiction, lol. That being said, we have done around 12 escape rooms in the last month and a half, and this is the first time I am writing a review. We were beyond impressed with Underground Escape, and highly recommend to anyone and everyone. The first room we tried was the Egyptian ‘Lost in Time’. The details in this room was extraordinary and truly make you feel as if you were actually in Egypt. We were so impressed with our first room that we ended up booking another one, back to back. Dr. K was our next room, which we both agreed was our favourite escape room yet. We really appreciated the details the staff put into the escape rooms, and taking the time to make the experience feel real and exciting. Thank you so much Matt for taking our Escape Room expectations to a whole new level. We will 1000% be back. Thank you so much!

Always a great experience, lots of fun and well thought out escape room

The escape room was so much fun, the puzzles are so fun when we actually figured them out. Overall had the most fun, it was so satisfying piecing things together. Jeff was so kind and made the experience so much more fun.

By far one the best underground escape rooms i've been too. Super realistic rooms, which has the most friendly staff. Makes the whole experience super fun! My favourite place to go to in lethbridge with friends and family!

Oh man. The guy who was our host for this tonight was so good! Helpful, into character, really brought a joy to this experience. And the room had so many well put together puzzles, lots of fun. (Pretty overwhelming number of puzzles in Doctor K actually, make sure you have some strong communication skills on your team, it's easy to lose track of what you're working on). Great value and experience as far as escape rooms go. Thanks guys!

Went here with a group of 5 for a birthday and it was a blast, the guys were laid back and well organized despite scheduling not lining up perfectly (our fault). They also were very reactive/watchful as we went through our room, and made sure we were getting the best experience possible. Very immersive, and they were great people in general. The icing on the cake, we did hit a snag with a key not falling when it should (common thing, physics and all) but they quickly dove in to fix it and awarded us a bit of extra time which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to finish our room! We had such a good time, and will be coming back to check out the Egypt themed room soon! Highly recommended. Since we were the last group of the evening we even got some free danishes on the way out ;)
