This is the first time I've used Alpine and from beginning to end, service was great! Our condo is a little challenging with lots of stairs but Jonathan didn't hesitate to help us out and they did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!!

Jonathan did a great job on our carpets. We recently had construction happening in our condo that had resulted in heavy concrete and plaster dust. He got it all out and made our old carpets look clean again. He is punctual and very professional approach making sure we understood what he was doing and why. He knows what he is doing and we will be sure to use him whenever our carpets need care in the future.

Jonathan did a fantastic job. I will never use anyone else now. He is very passionate and thorough so that the cleaning is done right. Spent a lot of time undoing the damage (huge amount of soap left in from the other cleaner) to give me back my carpets. Great job at reasonable prices. Thanks!!!

Jonathan at Alpine was a pleasure to deal with and he did a fantastic job. Went out of his way to confirm that he was meeting expectations and likely saved us a fire by letting us know we had a couch too close to a baseboard heater!
