They overcharged me for inspection of my trailer. The government mandates a fee that they have to charge and they just charged based on their time. They also said that the lights don't work when they clearly do. I showed them working and all they had to say was must be a bad connection"."

Terrible service !!!!!!Brought my cargo trailer to them for MVI test on Monday morning 8am.Every day they told me the different story why it's still not done,Thursday noon time they called me to notify that they can't move my trailer because it's with hydraulic jack. Ridiculous !!! Very disrespectful attitude to the client. Stay away from this business.

We used them for the first time for a mvi for our travel trailer. We asked that they call us to tell us what was wrong before performing any service to our trailer. They did NOT call at all, did the service and the lady was very rude and said: you're not going to pass MVI without it had to be done" we were not given the opportunity to discuss the issue and the lady there was incredibly rude. First and very last time we ever use them."

Quick, professional and friendly service. Made an inspection on my motorhome and they did look around thoroughly as I was expecting as I just bought it. Make sure to call to book your appointment before arriving for inspection.
