Nor-Val Rentals Ltd

I don't rent much in the way of tools and when I do, I've usually gone to Winn Rentals (now Sunbelt).This past Saturday however, they were closed for inventory. Can't fault them for that, it is the fiscal year end for most businesses.In an attempt to stay on track with my yard work, I found Nor-Val rentals. Literally around the corner and they were open.They were courteous, friendly and more than willing to help. Small issue with that I wanted to rent, no problem, they had a driver in Vernon and could not only bring it town, but deliver it to my house. What service!After a couple hours though, I still didn't have my tool and called the store. Still was gonna be an hour.Fast forward, the gentleman delivered my tool, however, is wasn't quite what I was after. Unfortunately, he called the office and they didn't have what I wanted. Fine enough, you went through all this hassle, I'll make due with this.Well, it wasn't working for me. Just not the right attachment. I was literally packing up, and cleaning up so I could return it before they closed.I had my headphones in listening to music when all of a sudden, I turn around and buddy from Nor-Val, the one who dropped off my tool previously was standing there.He went back to the shop, found what I was requesting, he knew exactly what I wanted and brought it back to me!!!Now that's service!!!!Next time, sorry Sunbelt, I may just drive by and head on over to your neighbors.Thanks Nor-Val and the Saturday team!

Great service, great pricing, great equipment.Fast and informative phone calls, pricing was 1/2 the first place I called, helpful and personable, equipment and staff. The boys in the collection and drop-off bay are a great laugh.We rented a generator for two days, it was ready to go first thing in the morning, plenty of fuel and they tested it with us before we left. It worked great and we were able to return it the same day so they refunded the second day rental.Great service.

Cannot recommend them enough! I rented a bunch of different things (fans, generators, etc.) and had so many questions. Every time I called the staff was SO helpful and made everything so easy and simple. They have so many things you can rent and the prices are great. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and it was a great overall experience!

The best place in the valley for your tool and equipment rentals. The trailer last weekend was the best thing to get the quads out for the weekend. Looking forward to renting more and sending everyone in need your way! Thank you for everything!!

If I gave norvelle rentals a bad rating it was probably because of an employee which reflects on norvelle rentals I have nothing against Norvell rentals they are a great company and I have always rented from them Services great and they have always been at the top end of the rating

Awesome service! Dealt with the Lake Country branch and the gentlemen at the counter were very helpful throughout the process making my life a whole lot easier... Not to mention the job a million times easier! Can't thank Nor-Val enough for the great customer service!

I'll recommend Nor-Val to anyone and everyone. I was in a serious bind on a project and the guys at Nor-Val really came through for me getting me the equipment I needed when I needed it. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars on this review I would.
