Had a great car buying experience from this location. Marielle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very transparent and talked to her manager to get us a better deal. After a week of the purchase, we got a call to check if car was running smooth and if we had any issues. Loved the service.

The customer service here was amazing!! Everyone was so helpful… I went in looking to buy a new SUV and Cassandra helped me out right away. We had an excellent experience researching a company vehicle in November 2021... we knew what we wanted which was in limited inventory and the team worked with us so we could determine the best purchase option.After the purchase we had a trip planned where we coordinated winter tires, company decals and some accessories to winterize the vehicle and prepare for our work needs. This included coordinating the vehicle to another company to install the decals. All of this was coordinated by Juliana, the Assistant Service Manager. She continues to check in with appointment reminders such as prompting us early for the winter tire installation. As we are from out of town our availability can be challenging and last minutes and Juliana always finds a way to accommodate us, even while on her days off (which we remind her to stop working and enjoy the day).Absolutely exceptional, above and beyond service from Juliana.

Love our Kia. Have has one model or another for over 20 years. This dealership is awesome! Clean open space with a fancy coffee/cappuccino/latte machine that's free to use as you wait for your service. Friendly non-pushy salesmen available to show you features of in-house models on display. Nice to sip and roam as you wait! Always consistent great service!

This is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle! I purchased my first ever Kia after being a VW person and I couldn’t be happier with it. After going into another Edmonton Kia and being ignored by all sales staff that were to busy on their phones (probably on tinder) I left and drove to Kia West Edmonton, and so glad I did. It’s a family run dealership and the owner is one of the coolest people you will meet there. Brendan is pretty cool too! The whole process was laid back, easy and simple. Meaghan in the business office is fantastic and does not push add-ons onto you. The sales people are friendly and offer great advice and customer service. I highly recommend Kia West Edmonton!

We love our new carnival but I would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this location.We had to fight with them to live up to the terms of our deal we arranged when we ordered our vehicle. This is after waiting 6 months longer than we were told at the time of ordering.We were also told that we would receive multiple free oil changes and that they would be on our account when we arrived for service. This was not the case.Like I said we love our Kia Carnival but will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I’ve been coming to this KIA location for 4+ years to get both of my cars serviced. When I access the service department, I’m always welcomed with a bright and welcoming smile by all of the service team. Juliana has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and taken care of. We also bought a car from Frank last year, and we are thankful for a great experience with him.Thank you!

Good KIA West Edmonton Service Center, nice and clean. The employees are quite friendly and solve the problems on time. The repair or Oil change appointments are up to date and there is always a reminder message sent one day before the service.PS: I just want to say:- That it would be great if you could return the shuttle on Saturday for our convenience.

Bought my new vehicle a week ago and best decision I have ever made never did I feel pressured or overwhelmed they did everything I mean everything. So happy with everything. The team at KIA west edmonton are the most amazing caring people I have ever met. From the time I walked in to when I picked up my new vehicle, Marielle, Brandon and Meaghan treated me like family and honestly care about me. The extra effort of Meaghan with the banks and getting lower rate and going to bat for me was truly amazing and not expected. Marielle made me and my son the most beautiful gift basket filled with amazing things and a very touching card, just shows how genuine she is. The extra effort and support was out of this world. Even after I took my brand new vehicle home they still reached out to see how things are going. Keep up all the amazing work and never stop caring as that is what puts all of you on the next level. Will definitely. Be returning for my next vehicle. This dealership has the best team hands down so be very proud of that.

Good evening,I purchased a kia seltos ex premium from kia west edmonton with the sales representative mark jones, he was great! He was very attentive to me and my wife as he was answering all our questions. This was by far the best auto experience i have ever had. Location was very calm and convincing, every employee who works there was very friendly like Frank( manager) and finance manager Kathleen and tour guide of my car was jim he let me understand every details…. So far this is my third car and i have never experienced this kind of sales services before thatSo happy to ride my seltos!!! All kudos to westedmkia
